Chapter 13-Work

Hailey's POV,
I went downstairs to get breakfast, when I realized I gave the staffs off today. I sighed when I walked into the kitchen
"Now What do I make for breakfast" I said to myself.
"Well pancakes will do and syrup but I do more of a healthy breakfast though, but I guess I could make today my cheat day" Said a pretty redhead when I looked up to her. "I guess she is one of Franco's flings, I gotta to admit she's pretty though but she's a bitch so I guess I gotta show her place" I thought.
"Excuse me" I said politely.
"Well are you deaf didn't you hear me the first time" She said standing and blowing her right hand nails. "what a brat but I also don't want to be rude so bitch don't push it" I thought.
"I heard you the first time"I said with a fake smile.
"Then what the fuck are you waiting for I don't got all day bitch, I wonder why Franco got married to you or wait maybe because your one of the youngest billionaires and it would be good publicity because aside from that I see no reason though"She said.
And she pushed it and by this time my face was red with anger.
"Can you imagine what this slut is saying" I said more to myself
"you know if I want I could beat you black and blue but I am not one to be rude to guests. So if you know what's good for you, go upstairs to meet Franco to finish with whatever business you came here for and then run out of here with that little ass of yours out of my house or else I don't think I can hold it any longer to beat that bratty attitude outta you........." I was saying when she cut me off with a slap on my cheek but immediately she slapped me Franco rushed over to her held her arm in a very tight grip and she kept on yelling
"Franco baby let me go please baby" She said.
"I missed you forget about this bitch" She said.
"I still love you" She said but Franco didn't bulge I could see he was very angry at her, he threw her out of the door and said she should never come back here and called the securities to show her out before closing the door and walked to the kitchen where I was preparing breakfast even though my face was hurting. My arm was bruised due to mine and Franco's encounter in the gym and now my facing is hurting due to slap from the fake ass slut,well so much for a contract deal right.
"Are you okay" He said making me snap out of my thoughts.
"Like you care"I said.
"Don't start Hailey" he said and sighed.
"Start what uhn, one of your flings just slapped me and you hurt my arm, you are here saying I shouldn't start. I can't take this anymore I don't think this marriage will work though, so let's just ignore each other so at least we can liHeve peacefully in this mansion without quarrelling" I said.
"Hailey about this morning I didn't mean to, I am really sorry I can't bare to see you hurt and I want to say this. I am getting really used to you in the house and ignoring each other won't work please can we be friends at least to start with" He said and I could sense sincerity in is words but we kept on staring into each other's eyes for some time before I finally made my decision
"Ok let's be friends"I said.
"Can I help you there"he said.
"Ok, I don't mind but don't mess things up between us because am gonna try to make our relationship as friends work"I said.
"Ok princessa"  He chuckles
