Empower is one of the strategies to multiply your cellgroup.

You must also empower potential cellgroup leaders. Meaning, magli-lead din sila. Bubuo sila ng sarili nilang cellgroup. Now, how do we do that? Let's break it down to steps.

1. EXPONENTIAL THINKING

Exponential thinking is simply "enlarging your thinking".  Dito ka mag-umpisa. A cellgroup's growth is also dependent on the faith of the leader. Your faith is your container. That's why you must continually increase your capacity to receive.

SMALL FAITH =  Stagnant cellgroup
BIG FAITH =  Greater cellgroup

Believe that God desires to multiply your cellgroup. Set goals along with your faith. Faith it out. Plan it out. Work it out.

"And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith." - Acts 6:7 KJV

Kung sa book of Acts, possible na nagmu-multiply ang cellgroup, what more pa kaya ngayon? Si Lord naman hindi nagbabago. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Kaya stagnant ang ibang mga cellgroups and even churches today is because of unbelief and lack of action.

Take note that it actually takes time to multiply a cellgroup. Hindi mo ito pwedeng madaliin o dayain. You have to consider a lot of factors to assess bakit hindi namumunga ang cellgroup sa quantity.

• The spiritual status of the leader

Ito ang pinaka-una mong i-check. The growth of the lifegroup is dependent on the growth of the leader. Ikaw ba, nag-go-grow pa sa spiritual life mo? Maayos ba ang prayer life mo? Nagbe-breakthrough ka ba sa panalangin? Consistent ka ba sa devotion mo? Do you still worship God in your own personal time?

If the leader is lukewarm, the cellgroup would be stagnant.

WHAT TO DO: Intensify your spiritual life.

Most cellgroups don't thrive in quantity kasi hindi name-mentor-an ng maayos ng leader. The leader doesn't communicate the importance of discipleship kaya walang pakialam ang mga members sa pag-lead. Iwasan natin ang ganitong klase ng leadership.

If you want your members to have the desire and willingness to lead, show them the gravity of discipleship.

We lead because we love God. We lead because we love people. We lead because God called us to.

WHAT TO DO: Impart the burden of discipleship to them.

•  Lack of Action

Kahit pa may solid 12 disciples ka na, that's not an excuse to stop sharing the Gospel.
