Castles
In my castle, I'm invincible for I put myself under a siege, ration love, three square meals a day, enough to keep me sane.
In my castle, I'm invincible for I have no people to feed. No enemies worry me, why would they, they live in lands far away, speaking languages I can't quite understand.
In my castle, I'm invincible for my castle lies on a rock, on the edge of a cliff, a square block, a step to any side and I fall.
In my castle, I'm invincible for I have tunnels, the ones she visits me through every night, feeding me poison, weakens my wits, wrecks my walls.
In my castle, I'm invincible for I choose not to leave, be blind to the doors, of nothing I'm sure.
In my castle, I'm invincible for this ignorance is my bliss.
