After two weeks, Jade and Skyler decided to move in with me! I didn't need them here because I needed rent, but I do make them pay bills. Jade is paying Netflix, Hulu, cable, and electricity, which is about two hundred fifty a month. Skyler is paying garbage, recycling, water, and gas, which is also about two fifty. The reason I make them pay is because I just don't want to be walked all over, so besides that, we all take turns paying groceries; unless I'm not here, then they fend for themselves. Also we have a dishes thing, where Jade does it, then Skyler, then me, but of course even if it's not my turn, and I'm about to leave for business, I would do the dishes. We all are gonna do our own laundry, and have to keep the main space clean, and pick up after ourselves.
The one thing I'm kind of bummed about though, is I don't have a guest room now, but we just have two extra beds, because Jade and Skyler have their beds; so I'm thinking about moving into a bigger house.
"We shouldn't move" Skyler laughs "There's plenty of room
"I want to have a guest bedroom though" I explain
"Then maybe we shouldn't move in" Jade frowns "We haven't sold out house yet..."
"How bout you guys don't move in yet then" I sigh
"I want you guys here, because I actually hate being alone" I laugh "So why don't I just buy a baller ass house?"
"I mean" Jade looks at Skyler for help but she looks at the floor
"I paid this bitch off" I remind them "So if I song her, I'd get over a million dollars cash, and I could easily buy another house"
"I guess" Jade shrugs "I'm gonna go to work, tell me if you find any houses!"
She hugs me, and leaves, but Skyler sits at the counter, "I start late today"
"Ah" I nod "Sorry to leave you hanging but I'm gonna go look for houses"
I run up the stairs, and hop on my laptop. I find a house for six million, that's literally on the beach! It has five bedrooms and six baths! It also has a home theater which I LIVE for, it also has Mariana and doc access so I could get a mother fucking boat! There's another one more in the city, but it's also secluded; but it's on the other side of town. It has a whole ass play ground in the backyard, a tennis court, and a pool. I think it has too much space though... there's seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, yet it's only five million. It also has an indoor theater. There's a six million, almost seven, that's huge, open, with a amazing backyard; it doesn't have a pool, but plenty of room to put one in, a gym, basement WITH A POOL TABLE, and everything is super just open and wide. The last on I see... makes up my mind. It's not as secluded, the neighbors are about forty feet away; which isn't bad. Theres a huge backyard, with a patio, a bunch of outdoor sets, a huge pool, hot tub, grass area. There's six bedrooms, a basement, a home theater, everything's super open, with white and grey, modern colors.
"Skyler!" I call, them I hear her yell
"Coming!" I look at the price of the last home, to see it's eight million. I'm on the verge of the eight million modern home, and the awesome beach side one.
"Without looking at the price tell me which ones better?"
She scroll through the houses, "oh my god! The beach one is so nice! But the city house is so open and gorgeous!"
"Okay, so if I buy the beach front, it's gorgeous, has marina access, is open and spacious, but not too much room. The more city one is closer to all of our works, has a pool, and almost too much space; but it's all usable and like I know what I could do with it"
"Yeah" she nods
"Salt does cause erosion though, so that might be a problem, and there's no pool. Then the city one, isn't as secluded... and well... it's eight million"
