But I heard you told mom you're in Europe?

And I thought you'd gone mad and went to Canada instead

I went to Canada

So what are you doing in SF now?

Cohen:

I don't know actually just going around. Might drop by New York to watch shows

Been really wanting to see Hamilton. Might do that 

Austin:

But what happened in Canada?

Cohen:

Nothing... I just realized how crazy I was for even going there 

I even considered actually going to Europe because I hate lying to mom but I realized I can't travel that far again i'm tired

Austin:

That's it?

Cohen:

I saw her with someone

Austin:

Cohen:

It's okay. It's probably for the best.  

Austin:

That's it? You're not mad at her for leading you on?

Cohen:

No why would I?

I never really told her I like her. My fault. Plus... she told me she doesn't have friends in Canada. And I can't be physically present for her. Why would I take someone who's there for her?

Austin:

What the hell why are you so selfless

Cohen:

Not at all. I just really like her. She makes me laugh. She's happy now. I'm good with that. We can still be friends. I'll still be here for her. Maybe soon. I don't know. I just want her in my life, that's all I know right now.

Austin:

That sounds like a heartbreak waiting to happen

Cohen:

It's okay. Life is a big gamble, as Kuya Saint used to say. I'm taking my chance here.

Haha I don't want to think about it

I'll just take what I can get right now and worry about what's going to happen soon

I know this is probably a dumb idea but I really just can't get mad at her

But did she know that you came all the way to Canada to see her?

Yeah she just messaged me right now. I'm still gathering my thoughts. She'll ask lots of questions. I don't want to give the wrong answer and make her feel guilty. I don't want to play the guilt card on her.

I'll stay for a few weeks here i need a break
