Prologue

"Hey, Jackie. Don't go any further! Come back! " Sasha cries out.
No response

"Jackie, where are you going? Come back! " she continues to yell
I continue walking down the stairs, following a guy Sasha probably cannot see

"Jackie!!! "
I look back angrily and hit my fist against my palm.

Immediately, Sasha chokes and falls to the ground holding her neck

I turn around and continue walking
The guy enters a library-looking place. Probably an old store. He walks in without opening the door. I followed and hide somewhere. He approaches some other guys and girls. They talk in whispers

"We've got to act smart and fast" A guy says

"Why? " Another asks

"I have my reasons. Just do as I say and you'll........."
He's about to complete his sentence when he smells human blood. He signals to the others to take ambush of the room.
They obey without me noticing.

A guy grabs my neck from behind. I gasp for breath

"What are you doing here? How did you get here? Who sent you here? "

"I.................................... ....... . I'm..... ....... I mean... " I stammer as I gasp for breath.
He releases me a little

"Why and how did you get here? "

"I followed a guy here"

"Do u now see the reason why I told you guys to be smart"

"Who was the person?"

"I don't know. He was a guy. That's all I know"
He turns me around and fangs come out of his mouth. He deeps the fangs in the side of my neck and I scream loudly.

I open my eyes, gasping for breath and realize it was just a dream.

"Come on Jackie, we're gonna be late" My mom, Elena yells

"On my way, mom! " I yell back
I hear the door slam and run downstairs.
I see my mom and my little sis, Ish in a pool of blood. I scream and somebody suddenly appears, MASKED

"This is what happens when you mess with the wrong person. I warned you, didn't I? But you refused to heed. Well, you have to endure and face the consequences, baby girl"
I could only of one person

"JAYDEN"

"Who....? I'm....... What? ", i stammer looking for words to come up with but just can't. This shock is just too much for me
I run to my mom, trying to wake her up, but twas all in vain. I run to my sis too
Nothing!

"WHY!!?" I scream loudly.
I stand up to go and meet the 'criminal'. After about four steps, I hear bones cracking and look behind me

"Its finally happening." The murderer says happily

My mom and Ish stand, looking at me with so much rage, fangs in their mouth, ready to bite

"Go on my servants, and make me more vampires" He says laughing devishly
They walk towards me and I run to my bedroom, panting heavily. I locked the door behind me, thinking I was safe until I saw them walk through the door. I forgot they were 👻 ghosts.

I couldn't think of anything but I remembered vampires were Haters of light.
I run to my curtain and open it, but it had no adverse effect on them. Was it because they were ghosts?

I walk back slowly as they walk towards me
I reach the end of the wall and fall down.
They both bite me at the side of my neck and posses me

It was then the curse started to manifest.
I lost both my mom and sister, on the same day, I became a vampire!!!!!
