After regaining what this life of mine had taken away from myself, I easily passed the graduation exams. I'd gathered the skill required already from so many years if training anyway.
I had several performances in all kinds of shows- from circuses to musicals. That did mean I had to train my vocals, so I took vocal training lessons.
I would always head to the cafe down the street after those lessons. The tea there was soothing. One day, the male I recognised from the school canteen some months back had entered. I was alone at a two person table, and he walked over a little awkwardly, asking, just like that day, if he could share the table with me. There was no other seat after all, the place was pretty crowded.
I accepted, giving him a small smile. That seems to comfort him a little.
My mind flashed back to the concert, and I immediately made the connection.
"Just wondering... Are you Mahiro of Kiryu?"
The male was sipping his coffee when he paused, setting down the cup and smiling back.
"Ah, yes, I am. And you?"
I was quite surprised. But I proceeded anyways.
"I'm ___. I've been working with small musicals recently, and I'm a dancer. "
Mahiro seemed to relax after the introduction.
"You were near the stage, at kamite(right side from audience view) during that live at the academy, weren't you?"
I don't think I had ever been more shocked in my life. He remembered. I nodded, and continued with my tea. Dang, it was near empty.
My eyes flicked to the clock at a small corner of the cafe. 30 minutes to the next musical. Downing the rest of my tea, I explained to the raven haired vocalist that I had to go to work, and he seemed slightly disappointed.
"Could we meet again tomorrow, same time, here?"
He seemed a bit timid about it, which I found surprisingly cute.
"Sure. It's a pleasure getting to know you Mahiro, see ya!"
I winked before grabbing my bag and dashing off to the concert hall.
~{Mahiro's POV}~
It was a little awkward between me and her, but I'm glad I got to make a friend outside the band industry. It had been awhile since I got such a chance.
The girl seemed so kind, so bright. So different from that time in the academy canteen, where she seemed so empty.
I watched her as she left the cafe, and a smile fell upon my face before I even realised. I finished the coffee, which tasted as good as it's aroma had been, and then left the cafe, anticipating another meeting with the girl from earlier.

FanfictionI wrote this because honestly There aren't enough V-kei stories here, one of those V-kei bands being Kiryu. I do not write these for any specific person. I write them in my own free time when inspiration strikes. I apologize if the story turns out...
