Chapter 48: Moduru, Lord of Death

Mike and Maul stopped the previous band of Inquisitors and took their breaths. They saw Grand Inquisitor, Fifth Brother, Seventh Sister, and Eight Brother landing. Everybody noticed Grand Inquisitor knew Mike, and he set himself on fire again. When Maul asked how that was possible, he attacked Mike with three balls of fire.

"When I leave this place, your friends are dead," yelled in anger the Grand Inquisitor. "Vader trick had his benefits because I am one with the force."

"What did Vader do?" asked Seventh Sister noticing Mike's lightsabers. "I recognize those lightsabers or something like that."

"I am Ahsoka's padawan, scamp," said Mike opening them to have a batter look. "Your buddy wants to say Vader make the Grand Inquisitor a force ghost by tying him from a library."

"I never see something as before in my life, but indeed I hear about the Jedi library," recalled Maul the legends. "Who went there, never returned and I know I guess the answer. I don't know what trickery is this, but time to kill you. What are you doing?"

"He knows what I can do because we faced it before. Maul is no match for my powers," informed Grand Inquisitor and saw having two lightsabers. "I don't know how two lightsabers will help you now when I am free of all shackles."

"How this kiddo can be a danger more than Darth Maul?" asked The Eight Brother laughing in tears. "You need checking your eyes, but I walk on your hand."

"I don't care, I want my revenge," snapped in anger Fifth Brother. "My grave is Malachor; your grave is here."

"Revenge brought me here too, but I will not make the same mistakes as you do." shared Maul and recalled it died by Kenobi's hand. "I am proud he realized my senses wanted to kill him as I killed Qui Gon. Still, don't make the same mistake as me and walk away now."

"Wait, what you said?" asked Fifth Brother because could not believe what he heard. "You try convincing me to leave everything behind. Who the hell is you and did with the Shadow or Darth Maul. I see it in my face, but is not the person who I remember."

"You've changed, why?" asked Seventh Sister in shock. "I remember why, Vader told us about his trip to Oban. Sidious take your life from you and that guy; Corey changed everything."

"He is a pathetic dull," mocked The Eight Brother, his beliefs. "Now believes those who resist the dark are stronger than ever."

"Where to write you admit what said Kenobi in the day killed Satine," recalled Mike the moment CW. "Close to it, Sidious came and killed Savage. After that enslaved you until Death Watch came to the rescue."

They opened their lightsabers and Mike felt a major growth in the Grand Inquisitor power. He understood it connected this place to the force. To prevent the junky from getting more power than he deserved, Mike made a seal and created a blank zone in the force. Maul attacked the other Inquisitors and was with an eye at Mike's fighting style. He noticed Ahsoka trained Mike to use several lightsaber styles and moves. Those moves belong to the people Ahsoka met in her life as a duelist. Maul didn't even bother to duel at full capacity and kept pushing the Inquisitors away. It did this to have a better look at Mike's skills. He deduced Ahsoka after Oban dived deeper into more things than the force. More precise in the arts of Oban creators elements like magic, chakra and many more. During the fight, Grand Inquisitor noticed the sign on Mike's forehead and knew what it meant. He knew Mike's mindset and as a result what it could do or not. So, he created Armored Susanoo, but his art style was far different in many ways. Using three precise final blows killed the Inquisitors and joined Mike. In the time he spent in this dimension, he learned how to control the magic of the night sisters of Dathomir. In the fight against Grand Inquisitor, he used those techniques because broke Mike's seal. Maul made an Armored Susanoo, but from magic and empowered with Mike's force. This calibrates the fight and told Mike to hit as hard as can. Mike looked in shock and in the next second Maul threw him away in Grand Inquisitor Susanoo. Quick reflex, both powers combined destroying the Inquisitor's Susanoo. This allowed Mike to seal him for good, destroying the ghost. Mike looked up and saw Ahsoka giving her hand to get up.
