The fight continued everywhere and all tried to find the hideout of the Dread Doctors. They knew the one who had control over the mythical creatures was Shadow. Once cured Shadow and Dread Doctors died, and the mythical creatures stop fighting. The temples of Osiris, Seth, and Ra were under attack by many pissed mythical creatures. The heroes decided to send a few strike teams to the required area and after that deploy elsewhere. In the first team were Rahl, Dennee, Zedd, Shota, Arthur, Gwen, Kastor, Arkantos, Ajax, Sam, Dean, and Chiron. They went to the temple of Ra. Ra appeared in front of them and the heroes didn't know how to react because not expected to see him in flesh and bones.

"I am on your side. The main reason, why you see me in my mortal form, in this armor, is the solar eclipse," said Ra and resumed. "I respect you for your efforts and the main reason why am here is Apophis being far stronger than I expect."

"The eclipse is over," said Chiron and looked at the sky. "What do you want to say? What is that sundial you carry?"

"The eclipse is still going in Underworld and the word between deities spread out. You must know I am on your side and my possible death will not mean the end of the sun," said Ra and showed it. "This sundial has the power to raise the sun in my absence to humanity does not fall in eternal darkness."

"Ra is speaking the truth," remarked Dennee and asked. "How can we help you?"

"I need your help to cross the gates," answered Ra and showed using magic. "The journey is full of mythical creatures ready to attack. The damn snake, Apophis, use them against me to have an advantage."

"If we knew this, we would bring some stuff with us," said Sam and explained to others. "We killed some gods before."

"You kill their vessel, not them," murmured Ra and slapped his head. "Is much harder to kill a god for good."

"You can fight against Apophis?" asked Kastor and followed Ra to the temple. "Can handle the mythical creatures."

"I guess these things are the next level of our job," realized Dean and took from his pocket a small box. "Here we have everything we need."

"That's why I need you. Seth must protect me, but is busy protecting his temple," murmured Ra and embarked them in the arc. "The journey through the twelve gates of Underworld begins here."

"Guys, we have a small problem; we don't embark well on the boat. Apophis and his army are here," yelled Rahl and looked stupefied at him. "This is not possible; how far the Dread Doctors are ready to go with their abominations?"

"Abominations?" asked Apophis and laugh. "This means real power and the Dread Doctors give me enough power to fulfill my wish. Once and for all the sun will stop rising in the sky."

"Your enemies manage to do this?" asked Ra stupefied and looking at the heroes. "I will fight with Apophis while you deal with these ugly mythical creatures. Still, how do Dread Doctors manage to use such malevolent energy in their experiments?"

"Guys, I will help Ra to fight with Apophis; be careful with other enemies. Stay on alert," advised Arkantos and threw lightning bolts while Ra toyed with Apophis. "Be careful to not hit you by accident."

"Let's see if they enjoy a water tornado," said Shota and pushed the creatures into the wall. "It seems the tornado works and the creatures are no longer precipitating the boat. Apophis hides in the depths too and waits for the perfect moment to strike again."
