just as she exited her room and went for downstairs, she saw a glimpse of seungmin, sitting on their sofa while hugging a cute little teddy bear.

seungmin smiled sadly when he caught her staring at him. why is he sad? is there something wrong? yeri worriedly asked in her mind but nevertheless she smiled back.

❝ hi, ❞ yeri greeted and sat beside seungmin, ❝ did you eat breakfast already? do you want to eat with us? ❞

❝ good morning, i already ate with the others. perhaps jeongin still hasn't eaten. he wanted to see you that's why he skipped breakfast. ❞ seungmin answered.

❝ oh? where is he then? ❞

❝ in the car, sleeping. he woke up early today. ❞ he explained, ❝ let me just wake him up. ❞

minutes later, seungmin enters their house along with jeongin, who's yawning and rubbing his eye.

❝ your eyes are red. woah, did you cry or something? ❞

he stilled, ❝ no. i haven't slept well in car and eventually, someone has to wake me up. ❞ jeongin muttered.

❝ come on, let's eat. ❞ i said, inviting them, ❝ and yes, seungmin, you're eating with us also even though you already ate. ❞

i recognized the voice now, it's yuna. i also told her hyunjin has a girlfriend when she asked me if he has one.

finally! i feel something bad about her. i can feel, she's a bitch in disguise. with her, hanging out with her bunch of bitchy friends.

i just kept quiet and shut my eyes tight, not knowing what to say anymore. i just want school to end quickly, please.

❝ where's yeji? ❞ i asked hana as i realized she didn't come today. ❝ why is she absent? ❞

hana shrugged, which made my shoulders slouch. ❝ she was absent since yesterday. don't know the reason though. . . ❞

why do i dread something bad might have happened to her? this is the first time i worry about someone.

❝ you think something bad happened? ❞ hana asking, as tho she can read my mind, ❝ are we thinking the same thing? ❞

i nodded. ❝ what if. . . ? should i ask jeongin or anyone that's friends with her? ❞

i took my phone out and started to chat jeongin.
