Aisha's POV

"What's your favourite-" I couldn't complete my sentence because Reo was suddenly kissing me, in the middle of the lake. I kissed him back, our lips moving in sync.

His hands moved gently, rubbing my arms before settling onto my waist. My hands tightened at the nape of his neck, smiling into the kiss.

I playfully bit his lip, making him withdraw. "I've always wanted to do that." Reo smiled.

"What- kiss your girlfriend in the middle of the lake as it's about to rain?" I replied just as a water drop fell on my face.

"We need to go!" I exclaimed laughing. We couldn't be stuck in the lake as a storm came over. Reo boated to land, which we fortunately reached in a few minutes.

We rushed towards shelter, but it was no point as we were already dripping wet by this point. My blouse stuck to my chest and even Reo's white shirt was sticking to his faint abs, making them visible.

Yummy.

"England weather." I said, trying to pull my shirt away. It had suddenly gotten chillier and the rain wasn't seeming to stop.

"We'll have to run and grab a taxi. This can't get anymore cliche." Reo laughed. I grinned.

At the count of three, Reo and I started running towards the street. But curse my luck because my stilletoes broke midway and I fell on the wet grass, My ankle stinging.

"Aisha! You okay?" Reo asked, concerned. His hands immediately went to my ankle, as he tried to turn it slowly. I winced in pain.

"It's a sprain. It's better if we go back home and cancel our London date." Reo said.

"No!" I almost yelled. "Let's atleast have lunch." I protested.

"Are you sure? Your ankle doesn't look that good." He said worriedly. His forehead was scrunched with worry and I hated that I was the cause for it.

"Honestly Reo. Let's have lunch and then we can go home." I said.

"We will but first the hospital." He said determinedly.

I nodded, as I tried to get up. I couldn't. "Ow." I winced as I tried to stand on my feet. We stood in the rain, my broken heels in my hand as Reo tried to support me- one hand around my shoulder and another on my waist.

I was wincing while I walked. "This isn't gonna work." Reo said as we stopped. The skies had gotten darker and I realised it wasn't going to stop raining anytime soon.

I exclaimed as Reo swooped me up, bridal style and we walked to the street, where he called a taxi. "Hospital please." Reo said.

The driver rushed to the closest hospital. Reo picked me up and took me the ER again. "This is too dramatic." I whispered as people stared at us.

He put me down, supporting me. The ER was mildly crowded. It was soon our turn.

"What's the problem?" The doctor asked.

"I think it's a sprain." I said.

She tried rotating my ankle and moving it around only for me to wince. "It's a simple sprain. Any kind of pain reliever will work. Buy these at the pharmacy." She wrote down the spray on a piece of paper and handed it to me.

We thanked her as Reo bought the spray from the pharmacy. "Aisha. Let's skip the lunch. We'll order in." Reo said. I couldn't disagree, I actually wasn't feeling too good. I could feel a headache coming on.

Because of rain, we ended up going back to my apartment where we stood in the living room, damp.

"Let's Change otherwise you'll-" I was cut off by Reo sneezing. "Catch a cold."
I completed, giggling. "Towels are in the linen cabinet." I pointed to the white cabinet from where I got us two towels.

We wiped our heads after which we decided to change. I put on my comfy white fuzzy pajamas and a pastel blue sweatshirt with socks and blow dried my hair. I put it up into a bun and went outside to see Reo on the couch, under a blanket.

"That looks comfy." I commented, sitting down on the edge of the sofa beside Reo.

"You look uncomfortable." Reo replied and without a warning pulled me on top of him, his hands resting on my waist, both of us under the blanket. I lay on top of him. He was careful to not hurt my foot.

"We have to order food dummy." I said, getting up from the very comfortable position.

"I'll just eat you." He smiled evilly.

"That sounds wrong on many levels. Also you already have caught a cold. It's better if I cook." I decided. He had been treating me for two days and the least I could do was give him a home cooked meal.

"You don't have to, you should be the one resting. You foot will hurt." Reo got up, concerned.

"Reo- I'm your hostess. Let me." I put my hands on his chest.

"Before that you're my girlfriend." He said, still worried.

"I'm okay. I took the medicines and I can already feel it numbing. Just sit down, I'll cook." I motioned towards the barstool. He sat down, satisfied that he could keep an eye on me.

I moved around carefully, grabbing vegetables and chicken to make some soup. I made the broth and added soy sauce, chillies and vegetables to it. I put in the pieces of chicken as well. It smelled amazing.

I placed the bowl of the soup in front of Reo. "I have some cooked rice. I'll whip that up too." I told him to wait while I plan fried the rice with some simple sauces and more veggies.

"Here you go." I put the bowl of rice towards him too.

"You were mesmerising." Reo said in awe.

"Thank you, but you should eat." I said. My stomach grumbled as if on cue. "You should too." He laughed. I got myself the rice and soup too and sat down with him, enjoying our lunch together.
