"Natsu, Gray, Todoroki!" Wendy yelled running outside. The boys had been training for days to try and help Natsu learn to fight with only one eye. It wasn't going well. Natsu may have been a good fighter before but with only one eye he was clumsy and wobbly. Todoroki put his hand out and help Natsu up off the ground.

"Gramps is back?" Natsu asked, getting up.

"Yeah, he's wants to see you guys before you go to Saber Tooth," Wendy told him. Natsu held onto Todoroki's arm and they went into the guild hall.

"Gramps!" Natsu yelled waving to a small white haired man standing on top of the counter at the bar.

"Natsu what happened?" He asked, furrowing his brow. Natsu explained the whole situation to his starting off by introducing Todoroki. Once he had finished the master spoke.

"Poor Lucy," He murmured. "Alright, you leave for Saber Tooth today correct? Take Levi, Gajeel, Erza, Wendy, and Gray with you and before you go back to the portal, take me with you. I need to face Jose," He told them.

"You got it Gramps," Natsu nodded.

"Be careful Natsu," Master warned. Natsu nodded and they left the guild hall. Everyone else was already waiting outside beside a wagon.

"Oh no," Natsu gurgled.

"What's wrong?" Todoroki asked, looking over at Natsu.

"He's got really bad motion sickness," Wendy explained. "It's a dragon slayer thing,"

"Do you have motion sickness too?" He asked Wendy.

"No, not yet, and I kind of hope I never get it," She admitted. Todoroki nodded. They group filed into the carriage and they went off down the road.

They traveled for two hours, all of which Natsu spent throwing up and feeling queasy. The group laughed and talked the whole way there while Todoroki sat in the corner, looking out the window feeling uncomfortable. He wasn't big on socialization and big groups of people made him uneasy. Especially when all those people knew each other and were old friends and he had just met them. Even with with class 1-A he'd always felt a little bit like he was on the outside looking in. Everyone else just made friends so quickly. It was harder for Todoroki.

They arrived at the guild hall and got out of the wagon.

"Hey Natsu! What's up?" A blond spiky haired boy waved to the group from the front doors. Beside him stood a pale, red eyed boy with a jet black ponytail.

"Hey Sting, Rogue!" Natsu yelled waving. A huge goofy grin was plastered on his face. "Long time no see guys," He said.

"Yeah, it's been a while hasn't it?" Sting laughed scratching his head. "So, what's the reason for your visit?" He asked.

"There's something really important we need to talk to you about. It has to do with Yukino," Erza told him coming over to them.

"Alright, come on in," Sting instructed, walking off into the guild hall, Rogue close at his heels. They group followed them through the hall, walking quickly to keep up. The went up a large flight of stairs, and down a long hallway towards a mahogany door with a copper plague on it that said "Master"

"Welcome to my office!" Sting announced throwing the door open. He plopped himself down in the big cushy red chair at the desk and spun around to face them. "Alright, what's the story?" He asked.

"Wait, you're the master of this guild?" Todoroki asked in disbelief. "Aren't you a little young?"

"Age doesn't dictate strength, I am the strongest and the most dedicated, I recognized strength when I saw it and I opposed it anyway. I deserve to be master," Sting told him.

"Oh, I'm sorry. It's just, Fairytail's master is so old," Todoroki mumbled.

"Master Makarov has been master for a very long time, besides the first master of Fairytail, Mavis Vermillion was a child when she became master," Sting told him.

"Oh," He mumbled, stepping back.

"So, Natsu what is it that's so urgent?" Sting asked, turning to the pink-haired dragon slayer.

"Lucy's in trouble," He explained the whole situation while Sting listened intently.

"So," Sting began once Natsu had finished the story. "You think Yukino could crack the portal with her celestial magic since Lucy's the one who created it with her celestial magic?" He asked.

"Yes, that's our hope," Erza said. Sting leaned back in his chair and put his feet up on the desk.

"If I let Yukino go with you, Rogue and I are coming too," He told them.

"The more the merrier," Natsu exclaimed.

"Alright then. It's getting late so tonight you may stay here and we'll leave for Magnolia first thing tomorrow," Sting said. "How many beds do you need?" He asked. Erza looked around silently counting.

"Four," She replied. He nodded and motioned to Rogue. He bent down and Sting whispered something in his ear.

"Rogue will show you to your room," Sting said standing up. "I'll see all of you in the morning," He walked out of the room.

"Come with me," Rogue said, motioning to the small group. They followed him out of the office and down the hall to another room.

"Here," Rogue said, handing a key to Erza.

"Thank you Rogue," She told him. He nodded and walked off down the hallway. Erza put the key in the door and opened it. The room had three beds and a couch. It also had a bookshelf, and a desk with a white plastic chair.

"Alright, Levy and Gajeel, you two can take one bed," Ezra instructed.

"Yes Sir!" Levy chirped. Gajeel only scoffed and looked away.

"Wendy you'll share with me and Natsu and gray will share," She told them.

"What about me?" Todoroki piped up.

"Right, Todoroki you can have the couch," Erza told him. He nodded. "Alright I'll see you all in the morning, sleep well," Erza said. Everyone crowded in to the room and got settled. Todoroki sat down on the couch and looked around at everyone getting under the covers on their own beds. No matter he would have to make do. They gave him the couch and it was that or the floor. He laid down and tried to make himself comfortable on the lumpy couch. He laid awake for a few hours, staring at the ceiling, trying desperately to fall asleep. The soft sound of rustling blankets drew his attention over to the bed. He watched silently as Nastu got out of bed and crept towards the door. Once he was out Todoroki, stood up and followed him. He followed the pink haired wizard down a flight of stairs and out the back door of the guild hall. Once outside he was outside, he walked over to a tree ignited his fists. He threw attack after attack trying to hit the tree accurately with his impaired vision. Todoroki watched for a few minutes before opening his mouth.

"What are you doing?" Natsu jumped in surprise and whipped his head around to see who had spoken.

"Oh, it's just you," He let of a sigh of relief and continued what he was doing. "I'm training, I can't save Lucy if I can't see," He told him, striking the tree.

"Shouldn't you be asleep? You won't be able to do anything if you're exhausted," He said, his voice monotone.

"I can't sleep, too much to think about. Besides you're wasting your time out here if you think you can get me go back inside," He scoffed. He wound up to hit the tree but ended up striking something softer. He looked up in surprise to see Todoroki standing in front of him, holding his fist.

"Wouldn't it be more beneficial to practice on a moving target, I doubt your enemies will be standing still waiting for you to hit them," Todoroki said, the corners of his lips curving up into a small smile. Natsu gave him a wide grin.

"Let's go!"
