3rd person POV
Harry walked in with a frown in his face and his friends were trying to figure out what has gotten him in a bad mood. They asked him questions, but Harry ignored them and walked to the back which was where the kitchen was.

Meanwhile, Louis was finishing up on one of his gifts for Harry's birthday. He has successfully baked a cake. He didn't know how he did so well, but he did.

"I hope that he likes it. This is my first time baking something and it actually turned out well. Thank god for YouTube," Louis said to himself and he put the cake into a case and started to make his way to the café.

When he got there, he pushed the door open with his back and entered the bakery. Harry walked out at the same time and smiled once he saw his boyfriend enter the building. His friends were still confused as to why Harry was in such a bad mood not too long ago.

"Hello darling," Harry said and Louis smiled, "Hi Hazzy, happy birthday!" He cheered and put the case down. He opened it up and picked up the cake that he made and put it in front of Harry.

"You made this? I didn't know that you were good at baking  too?" Harry looked at Louis and Louis shook his head. "Trust me, I'm not. BUT thanks to this amazing app called YouTube, I was able to do it." Louis sounded so proud of himself and that made Harry smile brighter.

"Wait...it's your birthday?" His friends asked in unison. Louis looked at them and titled his head, "Yeah? It's February the 1st. He's 23 today. I thought you guys already knew about this?" Louis wondered and Harry shook his head and just looked at Louis.

"Thanks for the cake darling," Harry said politely and Louis looked at it before looking at his tall boyfriend. "Try it," He said and Harry nodded. He leaned over the counter and pulled out a drawer that had silverware and he opened another that had plates.

He held the knife to the cake and cut a slice from it. He placed it on his plate and looked at Louis, handing him the fork. Louis giggled and took it. He took a piece from the cake and fed it to Harry. Harry chewed and swallowed before nodding with a smile. "It's really good love. You did an awesome job," Harry said and pulled Louis towards him.

He planted soft kisses to Louis's thin lips. Louis giggled and kissed him back. Harry moved to one of the stools and sat down, having Louis sit in his lap. The two of them shared the cut slice together and they fed one another.

Harry's friends felt disappointed in themselves that they have forgotten their best friends birthday. They think of its the one thing that you do need to know so that you can actually declare themselves your best friend.

"So today I was thinking that we could spend your special day by doing what you want to do," Louis said to Harry. Harry hummed, "But I have work today lovely?"

"Well that's already taken care of. You see when  I saved you that one dy, your boss has given me a favor and so I talked to him yesterday and he gave you the day off today," Louis explained to Harry. Harry grinned and sighed, "Ah, that's the one day that I don't ever want to forget. That was the day that truly brought you to me," Harry said with a soft smile.
