Amanda's P.O.V

Another wave of nausea hit me before I could even open my eyes clearly. I ran to the bathroom as quickly as I could. As I emptied out the contents of my stomach I couldn't help but feel happy. I was  gonna be a mom.

When my vomiting ceased I made my way back to my room. My stomach growled. I forgot to eat last night due to the argument I had with my parents. " I am so sorry baby."I said gesturing towards my stomach "I will feed you now. Just let me have a quick bath. I am such a bad mother."

¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥.

I took a quick shower then  made my way down the stairs. I walked slowly, trying not to trip being the clumsy girl I am. I couldn't afford for anything to happen to my baby.

Finally I got to the kitchen and was met by my parents whispering to themselves.

" Ehem " I cleared my throat so that  realization could hit them to know that they weren't alone.

"A-amanda " my father stuttered. He sure was nervous to talk to me because of the previous night.

"That's is my name. I'm pretty sure I learnt it when I was 3." My voice echoed through their ears.

"Sweetie, I am really sorry about last night. I just lost control of my anger. " my mother said with a hint of regret in her eyes.

"Yeah. We didn't expect something like that from you." My dad added.

" You know why I did it. Jake cheated on me  because I wanted to wait until we got married to do it. We  discussed it and he never had a problem. I guess it was mainly because he had another woman to please him the way I wouldn't. " I bit my lip, trying to force the tears back to the back of my eyes where they belonged but all was in vain. I burst out crying.

My father quickly took his brief case and rushed through the front door. He wasn't really a fan of seeing people crying.  Mom rushed over to where I was , seeing that dad left her all alone to comfort me.

" It's okay, it's okay" my mother tried to cheer me up.

" We will be with you all the way through the pregnancy." She stated.

"I need something to take my mind off of this" I choked out in between my sobs.

" Your father and I were invited to a party tonight. Maybe you could tag along." She spoke.

"I-i don't think so"

" Nonsense! If we have to drag you to that party you are coming."

" But - "

" No buts "

"Fine" I said giving up on arguing with my mother. I knew I  couldn't stand a chance. I would definitely lose.

"Be ready by 7" she stated as her lips touched my forehead.

" Okay" I responded, grabbing an apple from the fruit stack on the counter. For a split second I paused and rub down my belly. I wanted to cry. Hormones!

Will"s P.O.V

Seeing my only princess cry I  got scared. Yes. Scared. I get scared a lot when I see people cry. My left hand quickly grabbed onto my briefcase sitting on one of the kitchen stools. My feet then started making their way towards the front door. Part of me  really wanted to stay and comfort her but the other part was telling me to go. Unfortunately I listened to that part of me and left to work.

Four hours after drowning myself with work, I went on my lunch break.
A couple minutes after I was in the canteen on the third floor I heard a familiar voice call my name.  My face raised from my plate only to see a good friend of mine.  His name was Donovan and he was the  father of the new owner of this company. Yeah, he owned this company but gave it to his son a few years back.
