Chapter four everyone!
~
It feels good to be standing in front of a crowd full of everyone's family and friends with a cap and gown on. As if the scenery was too unreal that I, in fact, was receiving my associate's degree. All the late nights studying and extra hours in the tutor rooms paid off in the end.

Our representative was standing in front of us congratulating the wonderful class of 2019 before we rose and names started being called to receive our diplomas. There weren't a lot of people as if it was a university so the names went quick.

"Ajaya Davis." The crowd cheered for me. I can hear my little circle personally because they were still cheering me on even after walking from the mini stage. Everyone was here and when I mean everyone I meant my aunt, twins, Vonnie, Angel, and Jeron.

"Will the class of 2019 all rise now." We all stood eager for this moment to be done and over with.

"You all have come a far way. Each individual sitting in this room right now with a cap and gown is our future ladies and gentlemen. Let's give them a round of applause." The crowd went crazy.

"At this time I would honor all who received their associate's and to the other degrees, you plan on getting or the trade school you will pick up after this task. This was just the beginning and now I would like each graduate to move their tassel from the right to the left and congratulate yourselves as you all are now alumni at Bensalem Community College."

After the ceremony, I found my family in the mix of people as they congratulated me with balloons and flowers. My aunt was proud to have a graduate in the house now. When I graduated from high school she took my diploma and placed it in the glass bookcase with the other amazing awards we received during our years. With my college diploma no telling where she might place this if I don't find a spot for it first.

"So how you feel bitch. You're an alumni whoop whoop!" Vonnie cheered me up as I twirled in my royal blue spaghetti strapped dress with a mini-split in the back from Bardíar, he's a fashion designer in Paris, so just know I'm looking fabulous. Topping it off with a diamond choker and silver open-toed heels with the one strap over my toes. My hair was wand curled so my cap can sit pretty on top.

Vonnie was helping me take my gifts people brought for me in the house. At this time the heels were off and the slides were on. We managed to get everything all the way to my room before sitting it anywhere that had space.

"I feel like celebrating," I said to her. When special occasions came up and we wanted to celebrate we do it big.
"Want to hit the club up?" She stood standing in my full body mirror adjusting herself.

"It's like you read my mind. Ooooh, and it's Friday." I began to twerk.

"Twerk twerk twerk twerk get it get it" Vonnie chanted as I got low shaking what I was blessed with.

"Now only if I can see that in the club." She continued to hype me up. My phone began ringing stopping me from my mini session.

"Hello."

"Come downstairs right quick I have something to show you." My aunt said right after hanging up.

I signaled Vonnie to follow behind and she grabbed her items before we headed out the door.

"I hope this isn't something I could've seen inside because —" I saw my aunt and the twins standing beside a black metallic Tesla Model S that I have been dreaming about these past years. It had a red bow plastered on top with all the windows down for a sight of the interior. The car that stood in front of me was one of the best gifts of all the gifts I ever received.

"You got me a car!" I ran up to my aunt giving her one the biggest hugs you can imagine.

"Yes, Boop just for you." My aunt held me in her arms as I began to shed tears. My very first car and it's the car I dreamed of for so long.
