Sitting in the studio I was watching as Dinah sang her second song on the album. However I could also see her getting frustrated with the producer. "Hey let her do her thing. She's more confident when you just let her do her." I said. "And when she fails who's going to have to start all over again? Me!" Zendaya spat. I sighed "just give her a chance. She's amazing when you let her work her magic. I promise." I said. Zendaya rolls her eyes. "Fine. I'll back off."

Once the song was done I had the most smug smile on my face because I knew once she backed off I knew Dinah would do amazing. "See I told you she was amazing." I said. "You weren't wrong. She does great when she's relaxed. So I'll back off." Zendaya says. I smiled "thank you."

Walking out of the booth Dinah smiles at me as she wrapped me in a tight hug and kissed my cheek. "Look I know we've both agreed to take it slow but I was hoping I could take you out tonight. Just the two of us." She says. Wrapping my arms around her neck I smiled up at her. "Am I dressing up or is this a casual date?" I asked. Dinah smiles as she placed her hands on my hips. "It's pretty casual. However pack some clothes because we will be spending the night." She tells me. I raised an eyebrow. "I would ask what you have planned but knowing you, you're not going to tell me." I said. Dinah kissed my nose. "You know me so well."

Arriving home Charlie ran to me and hugged my leg tightly. "Mommy you're home!" I giggled as I picked her up. "Hey baby! Did you have fun with grandma?" I asked. Charlie nodded "yeah! I got to help her make cookies!" She said happily. "Ooh can I have some?" I asked. She held my face in her hands and smiled. "Of course mama!" She said. I kissed her forehead as I walked into the kitchen.

"Mama Drea do you think you could watch her for tonight. Dinah's taking me out and we're staying overnight." I told her.

A smirk forms on the older woman's face and nodded "of course I can. I mean this really just gives me an excuse to spend all night with Charlie over here." Andrea said as she takes Charlie from me. "Are you ready to spend all night with grandma?" Charlie giggled and nodded as she hugs Andrea tightly. "I can't wait."

After talking with Andrea I went to my room to pack my over night bag for my night with Dinah. "Mommy when you get back do you think DeDe will hang out with us?" She asked softly. I looked at her and gave her a small smile as I placed her in my lap. "I'm pretty sure we can work something out." I told her. Charlene giggles as she hugs me. "Ok!"

After getting ready I made my way to the living room where Dinah was sitting on the couch talking with Andrea. "DeDe!" Charlie screams as she ran towards the taller girl. "LeLe! How are you babe?" Dinah asked as she picked her up. Charlene smiles as she wrapped her arms tightly around Dinah's neck. "I good!" She said happily.

Dinah giggled as she kissed Charlie's cheek. "So Charlie do you have any fun plans tonight?" Charlie nodded as she played with her necklace. "Yeah! Grandma and I bake cookies tonight!" She gushed happily. Both Dinah and I giggled at how she was practically bursting with happiness. It was adorable honestly.

After saying goodbye by to Andrea and Charlie we headed out to wherever Dinah was taking me. I tried asking where we were going but she wouldn't tell me. She can be so stubborn like that sometimes.

As she was driving I noticed that she would often bit her lip and I could tell that she had a lot on her mind. "DJ, babe are you ok?" I asked softly. The pretty blonde looked at me and nodded softly. "Yeah I'm fine. I just have a lot on my mind." She tells me. I hummed "ok."

We've been driving for an hour until we pulled up to a small cabin. It was a cute, homey little place and from the looks of it it looked pretty new. "Wow this place looks adorable!" I gushed. Dinah chuckled as she held my hand. "I'm really glad that you like it. It took me forever to find the perfect one for just us." She tells me. I giggled softly as I looked at her. "Why did it have to be perfect?" I asked curiously. Dinah shrugs "it's for you. Everything has to be perfect."

Her words made my heart flutter like crazy and a huge smile made its way on my face as I looked at her with heart eyes. I can feel myself falling more and more in love with this girl, and honestly I am very ok with that. I really am.

"So what would you like to do?" Dinah asked.

I shrugged "honestly I'm up for whatever, but I really want to watch a movie and cuddle." I told her. A smile forms on her face as she practically yanked me inside the cabin and sat me down on the couch. She put our stuff away and quickly got us some snacks before putting in a random movie and snuggling close to me as it began.

The movie was completely forgotten about when Dinah and I started making out. This movie was particularly romantic but we made out anyway and honestly it felt right. Pushing her down on the couch I pushed her shirt up as I pulled it over her head. "Woah Lauren are you sure about this?" She asked quickly. I nodded as I removed my shirt. "I'm absolutely positive." This step may have come faster than I had expected but I honestly wouldn't change I because it was amazing! Absolutely perfect.
