MY HEAD was pounding as the light shone intensely through my window. I groan in annoyance pulling the sheets over my head trying to get back to sleep.

Suddenly the door swings open as a hyper child runs in jumping on me.

"Nina!" Her face lit up as she hugged me tightly.

I smile while rolling my eyes. I plant a kiss on her bright red cheeks making her giggle.

"Let me sleep child," I laugh

She looks at me with her green and blue eyes as she has complete Heterochromia where each eye is a different coulor. It stood out in contrast with her pale skin and freckles.

"Aunty Jen told me to wake you," She says tilting her head slightly.

I smile planting another kiss on her cheek.

I sigh "okay let's go," I say sitting up letting my eyes adjust to the light. As she jumped off runing towards the door.

I walk into the kitchen letting the smell of fresh pancakes hit me. I inhale deeply smiling. How I love pancakes

"Morning what is my personal chef making today ," I laugh

Jen glares at me from across the room, after washing up the last few dishes she walks over to the counter grabbing Tilly's food

"Shit...I mean Poo," she says sacasticly and stoped herself from swearing as she noticed tilly stareing at her.

I laugh And pick tilly up putting her on the chair.

"So Nina got a job yet?" She says placing tilly pancakes in front of her.

I groan in defeat "All the jobs here are rubbish no one will even hire me," I say taking a bite out of my pancake.

"well have you even tried" she says raiseing a brow.

"Ye totally," I say trying to sound as convincing as possible.

Jen sighs "well you have no school today if I was you I would get my lazy ass ready and go look for one"

"Language," I say

"She wasn't even listening so shush," she says rolling her eyes

"But your right not like I have any thing to do today,"

"Or you just don't have any friends ," She says taking a sip of her coffee.

I roll my eyes and get up giving tilly a kiss on her forehead. I walk towards the sink and wash my plate before running up the stairs.

I sigh, I've been "trying" to find a job the past few weeks money is realy tight and Tilly's birthday is comming soon. Because unlike me Tilly is a popular little child and actually has friends.
