A/N Hey guys! I've decided that I'm gonna start writing in 3rd person from now on cause that's easier for me. Enjoy the chapter!!

.....................

Michael silently sauntered out of the locker room feeling Patrick's gaze follow his every step. He stepped up closer to Chris as soon as the door closed behind him. Chris smiled and wrapped his muscular arm around Micheal.

"Best day ever. Period." Chris pinched the air with his fingers as he spoke. "What do you think Dimples? Do you mind if I call you that? Dimples?" Chris pulled Micheal closer to his body as he planted a kiss on Micheal's forehead. Micheal shook his head and leaned into the embrace.

Amy's giggles reached Micheal's. She obviously thought this was amusing but Micheal chose to ignore her.

"Micheal and Chris sittin' in tree!" Amy sung behind the two boy. Kasey burts into sudden laughter as well as Chris. "K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"

Before Micheal had his chance to snap, Kasey squealed with excitement and ran into the stadium. Amy could hardly hear herself think over the roar of the crowd echoing in her ear.

Chris stared in amazement at the large crowd of people in the building. "Could you imagine, Dimples? Thousands of people packed like this to see one of our games?!"

Micheal chuckled. "Don't go all fangirl on me now." Amy glanced towards Micheal and grinned at the quote from this morning. Micheal returned the look after disconnecting from Chris who sighed.

Chris grabbed Micheal's hand and led him towards the seats behind the glass. Amy followed suit with a Kasey trailing close behind.

Amy squeezed between Micheal and Kasey and sighed. She always dreamed of this. She remebered the time when she was 16 she practically begged her parents to go to a game with her best friend. She rested her head on her fisted hand. That was before Micheal got attacked. Before she knew Jonathan Toews. Before she even dreamed of finally finishing high school.

Jonathan. Amy had always read and re-read these stories about people who fall in love. People who get to know each other before becoming 'official'. Amy couldn't help but think that her and Jonathan were moving too fast. Way too fast.

She was gonna talk to him after the game...if they won. She wouldn't be able to watch him after a loss and then 'break up' with him.

"What's on your mind?" Amy looked over into Micheal's deep blue eyes. She shook her head not wanting Micheal to hear her thoughts. Besides, he'll find out after the game. After she talks to Jonathan.

The sound from the speaker caused Amy to jump in her seat. A luttle giggle reached her ears as she glared at Kasey. The players skated out on the ice with much enthusiasm to beat the Hurricanes. An easy win, right?

She anxiously sat in the edge of her seat watching Jonathan with much intensity that she hadn't seen Kasey get up to leave.

"Where'd she go?" Micheal pointed to the empty seat beside Amy. She shrugged.

"Probably wants some food before the game." Any looked out onto the ice staring back at her.

30 minutes later thae National Anthem was being sung.

Oh say can you see!

She could tell him right. After all, wouldn't he be understanding? She got caught up in her thought she missed the song.

Land of the free!

And the home of the brave!

The claps all around her brought her out of her thoughts. 60 minutes of game. Throw in fights and time out. Throw in intermission.

3 hours and counting before she told him.

She could do this.

Time flies, too quickly

Well, here goes nothing...

Blackhawks 4 Hurricanes 1

..............
