Welcome to my poetry book. This book will only consist of the poetry that I write. I love writing and poetry just gives me a place to spew out my mind.

This will include some personal things that have affected me as a person and made me grow. Some of the poems in this book may just include me ranting in a poetic form. I have some poems that I wrote before I was the poet that I am now, so they may be vastly different from the others.

I think of myself as a rose because I am aware that I am always growing. I sometimes lose my color, I sometimes have weeds surrounding me that slowly kill me. Even though I am beautiful, I have thorns just like anyone else. There has been a lot put into me, to make me into the rose that I am today. My roots make me the individual that I am now. Every rose is different from others.

I hope that this book will help and relate to those that need it. I love you all.
