Chapter 6- Surprise

         Alarm clock rings multiple times, waking Zen from his sleep. He reached for it to turn it off, and checked his phone if (Y/N) left a message but his heart sink when he saw there was none. An idea popped im his head, instead of moping he should sent her a voicemail too, to encourage her and cheer for her. He dialed her number with a practiced ease.

"Baby girl good morning! First off, I miss you. I long for you so much but I'll be patient, but I will ask for a reward for being a good boy? Alright?" he laughs, now imagining what reward he would ask he cleared his throat.

"Sorry about that, just can't help thinking what to ask from My princess. You know what? I've been thinking of you non-stop, I will also think of you today while I'm working, so think of me too. Ok? I'll have to go now, don"t want to be late on that cat-food commercial shooting. I love you so so so so much (Y/N)! Bye!"

          Zen hopes he accomplished his goal. He really wanted his message to empower his girlfriend and the thought of her blushing from it made him happy and energized. To add more effect on the message he decided to take a selfie and sent it to her. He then got up and started preparing for work.

       After a few hours Zen arrived at the shooting location. It will just be a short commercial where according to the new script he will be a cat owner showing love to his pet by stroking its fur and placed it on his lap. He will then say some line about the cat food being prepared meticulously ,nutritionally complete and will appeal to the feline's palate making any cat feeling satisfied and healthy.

      The crew were already present and busy hovering over the equipments their going to use. He saw Jumin wearing his pinstripe shirt and a black suit while talking to an elderly guy wearing a white shirt and khaki pants, whom Zen knows as an expert director when it comes to commercial. He walk straight up to the two men and greeted them.

"Good morning Director Lee and you too Jumin."

      Jumin tilted his head nodded an acknowledgement to Zen. While Director Lee offered his hand to shake which Zen eagerly received. After a little introduction Zen excused himself to have his makeup and costume done.

        Although Zen was used to acting under the glaring lights and scrutinizing eyes he could not stop himself from getting anxious in holding a furball. He had been religiously taking his medicine and vitamins as advised but the doctor and he's showing positive reaction to watching cat videos. An assistant came knocking to his dressing room.

"Come in!" He yelled.

      A brown haired guy wearing a faded jeans, a white graphic shirt with an abstract print entered Zen's room.

" Mr.Han said to stay awhile in your dressing room, they are still preparing your co-star. He also added, that you must avoid unnecessary exposure as to not aggravate your allergies."

         Zen totally understood the logic, and agreed. The guy turned around stepping away from the room leaving Zen alone. To kill sometime, he logs in on the RFA messenger and saw that (Y/N) logged in for a minute. There was no new conversation, his heart skipped a beat when he saw that she sends him a message and a picture. Certainly a response to his voice message. It says.

" My prince, I am very grateful to your encouragement. Please know that I'm also thinking about you all the time. Here is your price for being a responsible and mature adult. Keep up the good work. I'll see you soon. I love you."

        Zen hurriedly scrolls down to see the photo. An electric shock run through his whole body. She was wearing  kitten ears and cat paws while smiling shyly to the camera. He typed in response.

" Can't wait to see you my sweetie pie. I will have to burn this image into my eyes and brain so that I can get through the day. Hopefully this is just a teaser for the prize I'm asking earlier love…."

         He clicked sent, then a soft knock came from his door. It's the same guy before, he came to let him know that the set is ready as well as his co star-the cat Jumin mentioned on his call last night.

"Thank you, I'll be there in a minute."

         The guy went sauntering out of the room. Zen stood up, straightened his costume and admired himself in front of the mirror for a good 30 seconds. He looks dashing despite the simpleness of his clothes. He smiled pleased by his reflection. It was actually just a shirt and a track pants since the scene is about the cat owner at home spending some alone time with his pet cat. He groans as he remembered what he intends to do today and thought to himself while walking out of his room.

"I would rather spend it with (Y/N) but for now I'll endure and spend it with the famous Elizabeth the 3rd."

        Shouting can be heard from where Zen was. Everybody in the set was frantically adjusting and adding finishing touches to the studio when Zen appeared. He looked around for Jumin and Elizabeth the 3rd since the shoot will start soon. To his dismay he could not find them.

        He was about to ask the director when the corner of his eyes caught something familiar. He turned his head and there he saw a woman so beautiful. His eyes widened from the surprise as he gazed at her deep blue eyes that reminds him of the finest sapphire. Her silky jet black hair was now covered with white and her skin as fair and soft as a feather. Her lips are soft that he finds it divine. Her face so angelic with the pink hue dusting her cheeks makes him go crazy at times. Her body that he has yet to lay his claim and explore. The lady that means the world to him, whom he missed so much for not seeing her in two weeks was now standing on front him wearing cat ears and tails and a white dress that is slightly above her knees exploring her beautiful slender thighs. Zen just stood there gaping at (Y/N), he could not process all the information at once.

        She noticed her boyfriend's dumbfounded face and she could not stopped giggling at his reaction. He looks dazzling and she missed him so much. She could not deny it that her heart was pounding, seems like a million butterflies were fluttering in her stomach and her knees are starting to feel weak from nervousness. But before she could run to him, a pair of strong hands wrapped her in a warm embrace and a pair of smooth lips find hers and they kissed conveying how much they loved and missed each other. Forgetting they are surrounded by people, Zen doesn't care, he wants everyone to know that they belong to each other. Everyone started yelling and clapping. Someone said.

"Awwwwwe, they're so cute!"

         They broke from their kiss both madly turning to bright red. Zen cupping her face to look at it, he rested his forehead onto hers and lovingly plead.

"Please don't leave me like that again, I don't think I can survive not seeing, holding and hearing you. Please my love can you say my name?"

" Zen, zen, zen, zenny….my baby zenny! I love you. I promised I won't do it again. Are you surprised?"

" I am.  I am surprised and I like it soooooo soooooo much babe."

"It's worth asking Jumin then to replace Elizabeth as your co star. I can't allow a cat to snatch my man!"

        They all laughed  at her remarks and Jumin just smirks.
