Chapter 29 Gunpoint

"You should wear another scarf babe, it's cold and you'll be staying outside today. Who said we need to have an outdoor event in this season?"

Zen complained as he drops (Y/N) off at the fundraising venue. Jaehee and Yoosung are already at their stations working.

"It's alright Zen, I'm already wearing a scarf if you add more you will no longer see my face!"

She teasingly said to Zen who pouts and embraced her then.

"That's fine with me, so I'm the only one who can see it."

"Hahaha.baby, that's not good you know! How am I supposed to work?"

"Gaaaaaah! I don't want to work...It sucks! I have a loving girlfriend and I can't spend Christmas with her. I always dream of spending this special day with my special someone."

He whined childishly. She grabbed his face and kiss him on the lips to silence him, which surprised Zen but after a second he kissed her back. They broke the kiss and again found themselves embracing each other, his arms tightens around her as he enveloped her in his trench coat.

"Hmmmmm...you're so warm Zenny."

Zen bent down and rested his head onto her hair nuzzling it.

"This is my favorite place in all the earth."

(Y/n) chuckled at his cringy words but a blush crept on her face. They were silent, enjoying their moment, feeling loved, cherished and secured.

"Zenny, you'll be late for work."

"One more minute babe. Just want to charge all my batteries."

"You're so cringy today, did you know that?"

He smirks at her statement and said playfully.

"I'm always like that, already warned you before. There's more to come."

They softly laughed at how silly their conversation is. It was light and fun, like they were on their own bubble.

"Babe, I really want to ditch work and go on a date with you. Do the things other couples do or we can do something special. But then, you might think I'm pathetic for being irresponsible and I don't want that."

Zen sighed, so this was his reason for feeling down. He wants to spend quality time and celebrate Christmas.

"That won't happen, I mean me thinking you're pathetic. You always do your job perfectly Zenny. We can spend time together after we get off from work just you and me."

"Really?! But, you'll be tired, I want you to have enough rest. Can't allow you to get sick."

"Then let's just watch movie and cuddle."

"That's nice."

His lips tugged upward, he then lean closer to her ear and sighed, making her feel his warm breath. His desire sweeping her with him. In his most sultry voice he murmured to her.

"Or we can have another round, I have this urge of wanting to keep you awake all night everyday baby."

Her body reacted being attuned so much to Zen, heat and electric shock sprang from the top of her thighs. Heart pounding, face blushing, she pushed herself closer to Zen for support as her knees turn jelly.

Seeing her reaction to his salacious suggestion made Zen smile. He was proud he could elicit such response, it means that he really imprinted her as the same goes for him. As he can feel his groin ache and his need to touch her spike up. 

When she looked up to him, his eyes turned to molten red and lips thinning as he tried to control himself, taming the beast who threatens to come out. They broke the embrace and their body felt bereft from each others warmth.
