The music made Valentina feel so much better. Once the beat pumped it's way through her body and through her heart she felt like she was capable of anything.

It made her go slightly crazy, another bottle in her hand going straight to her head. She grabbed Octavia's arm and tried to forget about it all.

Everything was perfect in that moment, and Valentina was determined to keep it that way.

A few girls from school started screeching when they saw them and Valentina would've usually rolled her eyes, but instead she smiled serenely at the girls.

"Good night, isn't it?" She smiled, her face almost splitting into two. She'd only been there for half an hour, but she felt good, so good.

"So much fun," Replied one of the girls, Gillian? Grace? Valentina didn't know her name, but she didn't care, because everyone knew hers.

"Where's Aure-" A clone of Gillian/Grace asked. Valentina felt pissed off, could she go a second without someone mentioning Aurelia's name?

She was about to slap the girl round the face and then carry on dancing, if it wasn't for the slam of the club door.

A man of about six foot seven, a giant compared to Valentina's five foot five, stood at the door, casting a shadow over the entire club, the music suddenly shutting off and girls looking terrified.

"Aurelia Fulton has gone missing, we would like any information you have on where she could be or any sightings of her." He paused and wiped his brow. Valentina could see beads of sweat collecting on his forehead like pearls.

Everyone fell silent, shock passed on everyone's face.

Valentina was determined to carry on dancing, and she turned to face Octavia, who had a single tear falling down her cheek.

"Why?" Whispered Octavia, her tears falling more frequently than ever.

Why, Thought Valentina to herself, was everyone so surprised?
