Nolan was right. They used up the whole box of tissues.  As the credits rolled, they stood up and made their way into the lobby. "That was so sad. I need to clean myself up'', Nolan said, wiping his nose.

Lou nodded, "I need to as well. Crying does not look pretty on me.''

They both went into the washroom. Lou began wiping his face clean and Nolan recombed his hair. ''I'm not sure how my hair got messy, we were watching a movie not getting a haircut'', he chuckled.

Lou smiled as he dried his face with a paper towel. Seeing Nolan cry caused Lou to cry. The movie did nothing. But seeing Nolan upset, even if it was because of a movie, made Lou upset. He couldn't tell Nolan. Not yet anyways. Too early.

There was a knock on the door and one of the robot helpers popped his head in. ''Mr. Lou? May I speak with you?''

He shrugged, "Sure, but make it quick.''

"I will be right out!'' Nolan called.

Lou and the robot went a few feet from the bathroom door. ''Alright, what is it?''

"I need you to decide for me, sir.''

''Decide what?''

The robot pulled out 2 bouquets of roses, one red and one pink. ''Which do you prefer for the wedding?''

Lou stuttered, "what is this?!'' He looked behind at the bathroom door, "Put them away, before Nolan sees.''

The robot does so. Lou sighed. "What is the meaning of  this? I told you i am not going to marry Nolan.''

''But you went on a date.'' The robot added.

''Yes, but that is one date. You don't marry someone after the first date. Or at least hopefully not the last..." he added quietly.

"Beg your pardon sir?"

Lou stammered, "never mind, just leave and dispose of the flowers before Nolan -"

Nolan tapped Lou's shoulder, "before I what?''

Lou froze. "Before......I gave away our 'first date' present." he said as he presented Nolan the bouquet of red roses.

Nolan took the flowers and blushed, "You shouldn't have. Really Lou, you didn't have to do that.''

"It was nothing.'' Lou rubbed his arm, shyly as he looked at the ground smiling.

Surprisingly, Nolan leaned forward and kissed Lou on the cheek. Lou's eyes widened and he touched his cheek, blushing. Nolan smirked, "come on, lets get out of here'', he said as he held Lou's hand and his new roses in the other.
