Two months later
Jonathan's POV

"Sebastian come one! You can't run around naked!"

"But papa! you just gaves me a bath I gots to air dry!" Sebastian giggles and continues to run around in his birthday suit with his arms in the air. That's it!

"Sebastian Miranda! You have to the count of 3 to get your butt over here so I can put your suit on or you are in time out!"

He stops

He turns around

He runs over to me with his head down

"Thank you"

I put his Spider-Man underwear on and he giggles making me smile "what little man?" "I wanna see youor weddin wing!" I chuckle

"Okay buddy but only for a second we need to get ready for brunch" I hold out my hand and let him admire the shiny and colorful ring. No doubt the only reason why he enjoys looking at it. After all he is so young, he really dosnt understand.

When Lin officially proposed I was the happiest man alive. I remember it like it was yesterday...

Flashback 3rd person

"Okay I'm sorry but its true!" I hope someone knows what's that's from XD

"Lin! You are so crazy!" The two laugh together

Lin and Jonathan are at Panera the same Panera that they had there first date. Sure that date didn't end the best, but it still started them.

The two have been talking for hours about the past and the future. What Lin was about to do was big and he knew it. He's nervous sure, but he wants this more then anything.

"Jonathan..." he pulls out a small box and gets down on one knee having knowledge of all the eyes on the two "Lin" Jonathan gasps out as he puts his hands over his mouth.

This makes Lin more nervous but he knows that this is all he wants in life. He sees a beautiful life with Jonathan and Sebastian and his future child.

"I love you more then anything and I know in my heart that I want to be with you for the rest of our lives. I didn't get you when I should have but I'm trusting in my heart, You and I are the perfect we, Jonathan Drew Groff, will you make me the happiest and luckiest guy in the world? Will you marry me?"

Jonathan was so excited so happy, all he's ever wanted was to be with Lin forever. And this was the first step in forever

"Yes! Yes! A million times yes!"

Jonathan holds out his hand and Lin sighs in relief as he slides the rainbow and silver ring on him. On the bottom in side an inscription reads Love is Love

End of Flashback Jonathan's POV

"What is the Rainbow for" Seb asks as I hold out his suit shorts. He puts his small hands on my arms "to show as much pride in your daddy's and I's marriage as we can Seby" he pulls him self up and slide both legs in the shorts. Odd but that's what he dose

I hold out his white tank top and he slips in. I start to un button his button up "why you gotta do daht?"

I chuckle "well Seb," he turns his back towards me and puts his arms in then turns back so I can button it up "when two boys get married or two girls get married it's because they really love each other-" "and dahts okay papa! Anyone can loves anyone!" Seb grew a big smile.

Hearing him say that with such joy makes my heart melt. "That's right buddy, but some people don't think that, here put your suit jacket on"

He dose so and I grab his bow tie "why dose people not think that? It's true!"

"Some people just don't understand bug."

"But I undwusand. Why they can't?"

I put his shoes "because bug, you grew up learning that it's okay... some people didn't"

His face turns from confusion to realization "oh! So dahy just need teached"

"Yeah buddy that's right! Now come on we gotta get to brunch it's really important for daddy and I"

I stand up and hold my hand out but he doesn't take it "bug? What's wrong? Daddy's there. Do you wanna go see daddy?"

"Papa? Dose mommy need to be teached? Is daht why she left?"

I mentally face slap why do I need to answer the hard question!?

"Bug, your Mommy didn't leave and she knows that anyone can love whoever, the thing about love is... how do I say this... you know how your favorite food was corn dogs but that kind of changed and now it's pizza? Well love is kinda like that sometimes... you really want someone and only that person but one day you no longer want it because you found someone else... the love goes away... but the memory of that love will always stay close to us... you understand?"

He looks at me "I'm huuungery" well that was pointless

We head out to the car I buckle Sebastian in his cars seat and get in and we head off to brunch

This brunch is actually to celebrate our engagement. Lin and I didn't find the need to have a bachelors party because you know... two bachelors.

3rd pov

She sits at a table in a dim lit restaurant in Puerto Rico she is taking time for herself, so she says, she spots the familiar face. The two make eye contact.

Curious he walks to her and sits down "he smiles "I herd what happened... I'm sorry, he doesn't know what he's missing," she blushes and the two catch up.

Meanwhile... 

Lin and Groff are having an amazing time. They have taken family photos with Sebastian and opened presents. some baby's supplies were also given life couldn't be better

The two love birds thought that nothing could ruin this amazing life

But who's to say that bad things couldn't come  and completely complicate things in more ways then none?
