You were bored as all hell as you stared out your window. It was snowing, out of all of the human seasons, you hated this one the most. Probably because it prevented you from going outside, it was just so cold. You reached towards your palm husk, scrolling through pesterchum, your eyes landed on Nepeta's chumhandle. You hovered over the name.

Nepeta has been you flush crush for as long as you can remember. Well, maybe not 'that' long, but you get the idea. Her little cat puns she used all the time annoyed you, but you loved them. She looked so small and helpless, but you knew what she could do. Back on Alternia, before all the trolls came to earth, Nepeta would hunt her own food, she'd use her enemies blood to update her shipping wall, it was gross, but adorable at the same time.

You knew she liked Karkat though, so you probably didn't ever have a chance with her. She'd always go on about how flushed she was for him, it made you feel bad. Not just because you like Nepeta, but because Karkat told you he didn't like her back. So you try avoiding the topic of Karkat when with her.Which seemed to be working, as she began to talk about him less and less.

You snapped out of your thoughts and clicked on Nepeta's chumhandle. You figured you'd invite her over since you were so bored.

CH: hey Nepeta
AC: :33 < * ac purrks up curiously *
AC: :33 < hello there y/n!
CH: i wanted to see if you'd like to come over my hive for a little? i'm so boreddd
AC: :33 < sure! what time should i come ofur?
CH: sometime around 11 would be good
AC: :33 < do i n33d to bring anything?
CH: you don't need to, but could you bring some of that tea you have, it's so good
AC: :33 < * of course! ac thinks they will have an amazing tea purty and will be over soon! *
CH: * ch nods in agreement before saying goodbye to ac. ch will see ac later *
AC: :33 < bye! s33 you later

You sigh and walk downstairs into your living room, you start to clean up any mess. You were gonna have a great tea party with Nepeta, so you didn't want your laziness to affect it. Once you cleaned the living room you sat on your lounge plank and turned on your tv, you stared at the television, watching until Nepeta showed up.

It was around 11 when she finally did show up. You heard an eager knock at the door and walked over to answer it. You opened your front door to find your flush crush on the other side. "Hey, come on in." You greeted, then stepped aside. Nepeta ran into your hive before sitting on the carpet in your living room. ":33 < i'm so excited! are you ready fur our tea purty y/n?" She gleamed up at you. You nodded and walked into your kitchen to get the cups and some water.

When you walked back in you saw Nepeta has taken out two tea bags for you both. You sat down infront of her, setting the cups and hot water down. She places the bags in, then she helped you pour in the water. You guys decided to make conversation while you waited.

"Any updates on the shipping wall?" You ask, leaning on your arm. " :33 < * of course! ac updates it all the time *" Nepeta looked somehow even more excited than before. "What's your latest ship then?" You picked up your tea as it should be ready now, and took a sip. " :33 < oh! well i've been starting to ship kanaya and vriskers red" She picked up her tea cup aswell and took a sip of hers, melting into the taste. "Odd ship, but I can see it. Kanaya was totally jealous when Vriska started to have feeling for Tavros, which I'm pretty sure are long gone now."

" :33 < though, i have thought about shipping you with someone" Nepeta gets a little quiet. You flush slightly. "And who do I have the pleasure of being shipped with?" You asked, preparing for your heart to be crushed as she lists someone other than herself. Though her answer surprises you. " :33 < it's a secret!" She giggles. "Oh come onnn, you can't just do that, who do you ship me with?" You take another sip of your tea, Nepeta repeating you soon after. " :33 < * ac purmises ch that she will tell them after the tea purty. *" You groan then agree. "Okay fine."

You and Nepeta spent the rest of the tea party getting more tea and gossiping about silly things and quadrants. You almost forgot about Nepeta's ship including you until she had to leave. " :33 < i guess a purmise is a purmise......ishipyouwithmyself!" You didn't have time to purcess (dang cat puns) what she said because soon Nepeta's lips had been pushed into yours. Your eyes widened and kissed back once you realized what was going on. Your flush crush was kissing you! Nepeta pulled away. " :33 < * ac is so sorry and purrable shouldn't have done th-" You interrupted Nepeta by quickly kissing her again. "Nepeta?" You asked the speechless girl. "y....yes?" She shakily responded after a couple seconds. "I'm flushed for you." You hug her and bury your face into her neck, she hugged back as tight as she could. "flushed for you too!"
