It is off track after shivaay accepts anika as his wife but never realised his love for anika.
Here difference is that NKK doesn't matters to him. Once upon a time he loved tia. But no one of his family aware of it. So they requested him to marry anika. So he did that for his family. Anika too married him for her family but later falled for him knowing him completely. But still he loved tia. But later he came to know that tia is a gold digger who just acts of loving him for his money and back ground.
Ms. Anika Raichandh is a famous wedding planner in India.

Shivaay is changing slowly.
Anika decided to leave him as she thought she would never love him.
But she want to share her sorrow with anyone. So she decided to talk to mallika.

Mallika is best friend of both shivaay and anika.

M- anu tum kya bol rahi ho.
A- haa malli maine decide karli. Mai shivaay ko chodkar chali jaaoungi.
M- anu hosh mein tho hona aise bath kyo kar rahi ho.
A- tak chuka hoon malli. Mai unn se ladke tak chuka hoon aur nahi lad sakthi mai uss bahut pyaar karti hoon shivaay se mai. Nahi jee sakta uss ke bina. Par mai uss par bhoj banke nahi rahi sakthi. Mana usne mujhe accept karli biwi ki tarah. But he can't say me as mother of his children. Kyonki hamare beech dosti hai barosa hai care hai ek doosre par respect uske aage kuch bhi nahi.
M- aise tume lagta hai anu. Par mujhe nahi lagta. I think he loves but he didn't realise that. May be can't say that because you know he can't express himself.
A- I don't think so.
M- accha agar mai prove kia tho.
A- kaise.
M- batathi hoon.

After some time

Shivaay came to mallika.
S- mallika tumne mujhe achanak bulaya kyu.
M- batati hoon. Pehle sit here comfortably.

He sat on the sofa. Mallika sat beside him.

S- ab batao kyu bulaya mujhe.
M- bas tume ek chota sa interview karni hai.
S- is it a joke malli. Mai bahut urgent meeting ko miss karke yaha. Kyonki koi urgent hoga. Par tum
M- Mr. Typical shivaay singh oberoi mai yaha koi joke kar rahi hoon. Its about life. Ok. Ab jo answers dethi ho uss pe tumari zindagi kaal se tiki hogi.
S- life. Zaara Mujhe bataogi ki tum kis cheez ke bharemein baat kar rahi ho.
M- batati hoon.
Pehle close your eyes.

Shivaay closed his eyes.

M- relax your mind.
And ab mai jo bhi poochne wali hoon uska jawab dimak se nahi dil se dho.
S- hmm.
M- kaun he wo insaan jiske ankho Mein tum aasu bilkul nahi bardash nahi kar saktha.
S- anika
M- jiski khushi dekhar tume khushi milti hai. 
S- anika
M- jiss ke khushi ke liye tum kuch bhi kar sakthe ho.
S- offcourse anika
M- jisko tum takleef mein nahi dek saktha.
S- anika
M- kis ke liye tum apna jaan bhi de sakthi hoo
S- anika
M- agar anika margayi tho.
S- nahi mallika. Yeh nakhi ho saktha.😭😈
M- batao agar anika margayi tho.
S- mai bhi mar jaounga
M- kyo.
S- because I love her

Shivaay opened his eyes and realised what he said.

S- malli I am in love. Mai anika se bahut pyaar karta hoon. Yeh I am in love.

He behaves like a teenager.

M- I know. Par tum dono ko nahi pata.
Anu ab bahar aao.
Anika came out with happy tears as she heard his confession.

Shivaay couldn't control himself and hugged her.

S- I love you anika I love you so much.
A- I love you too shivaay.

M- uhmm mai bhi yaha hoon.

Shivika hugged mallika.

M- hmm finally sabh sort out hogayi aur love confession bhi. I very for you both.
Waise tum dono ek number ki duffer hai.
Anika ko lagta tha ki shivaay usse pyaar nahi karta iss liye wo tume chodkar cheli jaye.
Aur shivaay tume itne dinoke bath realise hua ki tum usse pyaar karti ho.

S- how dare you Mrs. Oberoi tumne mujhe chodna chahthi ho.😈
A- nahi shivaay mujhe laga ki aap mujhse pyaar nahi karte iss liye
S- promise me that you will be never leave me.
A- never ever.

Shivika have a hug.

M- bhagawan aap dono ko hamesha aise he ek doosre ke sath khush rake.
I am really very happy for you both.
Lekin tum dono mujhe kabhi bulna maath haa.
Shivika- kabhi nahi
M- bulenge bhi nahi. Agar bulenge bhi tho mai tum dono ko chodunga nahi.

Trio have a hug.
