Later same happens as IB when pinky is exposed.
S- math jao dur anika nahi reh saktha. A- nahi jaoungi lekin pinky aunty P- Anika itna kuch hone ka baat mujhe maafi mangne ka hak nahi fir bhi mai tume maafi mang rahi hoon. Ho sake tho mujhe maaf kar dho. S- hame aap ki maafi ki zaroorat Nahi hai.
S- anika will you marry me? A- haa
They married in a grand way same as IB.
In shivika's room
S- anika mujhe tumse kuch badh karna hai. A- haa boliye naa S- itna kuch hone ke bath I don't know ki mai tume deserve karta hu yaa nahi. But I just want to confess my feelings. Anika I love you A- I LOVE YOU TOO shivaay
They have a physical make out.
Next day
They went to mahi and told him the truth. He get united with the family.
From there They are not Shivomru They are Shivomruhi.
After 3 months
Pinky and anika are sharing daughter mother relation. Shivaay and everyone forgave pinky.
Om accepted gauri. Rudhr proposed bhavya.
Mahi joined business.
Shivomruhi having strong bond just as shivomru bond.
Anirivya have a sister bond.
Anika came to know that gauri is her chutki.
Mahi proposed a girl named priya.
