What You Mean To Me

Party...? (Prt 3)

Ibuki had sent the details of the concert to Hajime and he had put the information into his GPS. Once the two had arrived, Nagito studied the large building.

It was almost like a chapel that had many pillars and lights coming from every crevice. "This is where Mioda-san is performing?!" Hajime questioned, admiring the detail and large amounts of handiwork.

"This is awesome! Let's go Hinata-kun!" Nagito opened his car door and pulled Hajime out of his seat. The boys casually speed-walked into the building. It smelled incredibly sanitary and looked like a structure for royalty.

"Hinata-chan! There you are!" Nagito hid behind Hajime, observing as Ibuki came closer. "Eh? Who's the white fluff behind you? Ibuki wants to know!" Hajime tapped Nagito's hand and nodded slightly. Nagito stepped out from behind Hajime and smiled. "H-hi Mioda-san.."

Ibuki's jaw dropped and she looked the tall boy up and down. "Komaeda-chan? Is that really you?" Ibuki ran her hands all over Komaeda, feeling him to make sure he was real. "Y-yes...it's me.." Nagito was turning pink with Ibuki's touch.

Ibuki backed off and smiled incredibly wide, her eyes sparkling. "Komaeda-chan! Ibuki missed you a lot! Ibuki thought you were dead but you're not!" The hyper active female pulled Nagito into a hug and clenched him tightly, rubbing her face on his chest.

"It's really great to see you too Mioda-san! I'm glad Hinata-kun took me with him."

"Hinata-chan, when did you find Komaeda-chan? You thought he was dead too, right?" Hajime chuckled a little, pulling Ibuki off of Nagito before he died.

"Well, I was by a creek and I found him. I took him to my house and then you invited me to your concert. I'm pretty glad to know that he's alive and well."

Ibuki smiled and grabbed the boys by their wrists. "Come with me! You have to see the others!"

Hajime shrugged and started walking, but felt a tug on his jacket. Nagito was shamelessly holding onto Hajime, scared a little about seeing his class again. Hajime couldn't help but blush and hide his face at how cute Nagito was being.

"Hey...it'll be alright Ko. Mioda-san was so excited to see you and they will be too. Let's go, okay? I can treat you out to something delicious after." Komaeda nodded, blushing at his highschool nickname, and followed Hajime up, still holding his jacket.

"Guys! Guess who's here?" Ibuki was hopping up and down in excitement. "We have two special guests joining us today! Please welcome Hinata-chan and Komaeda-chan!"

Hajime stepped up first, grinning when he saw all his friends. He glanced at Mahiru, but found Chiaki and sat down. The others looked at each other in confusion.

"Yo, candyland, whadya mean Komaeda? Are you high or some shit? Komaeda's dead, right?" Fuyuhiko spoke, confused. Nagito's steps sounded on the stairs. "I'm very much alive actually." Nagito smiled nervously and scratched his head.

All jaws dropped except those of Ibuki and Hajime.

"Komaeda?! But...but..." "Komaeda's here?" "So....he's actually alive!?" "This is real, right?" "But how can that be?"

Everyone was looking in alarm, talking amongst themselves. Chiaki stood up, her eyes a bit watery. She ran to Nagito and embraced him.

"Hey hey...I thought you were a goner......where have you been all this time?" Nagito was surprised by the sudden hug, but wrapped his arms around Chiaki tightly. "Living out and about. I guess you could say I've been traveling." Nagito gave a witty laugh.

The others soon joined in the hug. "We missed you so much Komaeda! Did Hinata-kun find you?" "Have you gone out of the country yet?" "I missed your fluffy hair Komaeda!" "Yeah man, we're so glad to see you!"

Nagito felt tears in his eyes. Mahiru was rubbing her arms nervously. "Uh...so I guess you're the guest Hinata-kun was buying clothes for? Where did he find you anyway?"

Hajime stiffened and turned to Nagito. "Ah, by the creek near the edge of town. He was walking there and I saw him. Next thing you know we were at his house just catching up I suppose. It was a surprise to see him though. I didn't think I'd see anybody."

Mahiru was quiet and the others were giving each other glances. "Do you two live together now?" Sonia asked, questioning. "Ah, yes. I wanted Komaeda to stay here and see you guys again. It's been awhile afterall," Hajime spoke, smiling.

"Well! Ibuki has to go prepare for the concert! Byakuya-chan will take you all to the tables! Bye!" Ibuki ran off to get on stage while the others conversed with each other.

Chiaki was leaning on Hajime while playing her GameGirl and Nagito was talking to everybody, telling them what it was like after graduation.

"Yes, it's different to see you guys again. I was really scared to be honest. If Hinata-kun wasn't here, I probably never would've done this myself. However, it's really nice to see you all again. I hope we can hang out more."

The others hummed in agreement. Hajime kept glancing at Mahiru in her pale green dress. I can't think about that now....This is for Mioda-san, not me...

Chiaki poked Hajime's side. "Can you come with me to find the drinks?" she asked. Hajime nodded, helping her up and walking with her. (Chiaki is wearing a pastel pink,  poofy dress in case you're wondering)

"Hey Hinata-kun? Why do you keep looking at Koizumi-san? You two broke up right?" Hajime flinched. "Ah, yeah..it's nothing really, I just...nevermind."

"Hm? Was I called?" Sonia was walking up, the back of her long white dress dragging on the floor. "Ah, Sonia-san! What's up?" Hajime asked, trying to play it cool.

"Well, I came to use the bathroom, but I saw you here and I heard Nevermind, so..."

Hajime closed his eyes, smiling softly, but wishing in his head to escape the situation. "Actually, Hinata-kun and I were going to get some drinks, but now I kind of have to use the bathroom. You don't have to wait for me Hinata-kun," Chiaki spoke in her soft voice, winking.

Praise the Lord, Nanami-san is an angel sent from heaven. Hajime silently thanked Chiaki and started speed-walking back.

"So are you and Hinata-kun dating now or something?" Mahiru asked, a bit of hurt in her eyes. "What?! No! He just let me stay because I didn't have much of a place to go next." The others nodded.

"That's too bad! You two would look great together if Koizumi and Hinata weren't together." Kazuichi spoke, smiling with all his sharp teeth exposed.

"Huh? But...didn't Koizumi-san-" Mahiru stepped on Nagito's foot. "Didn't I mean to tell you? I thought you knew about us." Nagito got it. She hasn't told them yet...

Hiyoko pouted and turned her head away from Mahiru. And that must be why...

"Ahem! Attention all guests! The performance will begin in 5 minutes! Please get to your table!"
