Fair warning, this is going to be a long chapter. I would try to make it 11,037 words, but that's excessive. Just be prepared for a long ass chapter, mkay? ;P

Sirens were blaring and the blue and red lights from the police and ambulance illuminated the dark street.

Chiaki clung to Mikan as they both silently cried. Mahiru was staring at the smashed car, speechless. Gundham, Kazuichi, Sonia, and Peko were desperately trying to search around, while Fuyuhiko argued with the police. Nekomaru and Akane were fighting the police, trying to check the inside of the car. As Hajime and Nagito were dragged out of the car, the others gasped and held each other. Ugh....huh?

Nagito's eyes were opening slowly and the last thing he saw was the worried looks of his classmates. "Keep their breathing steady. We need to make sure that they stay breathing," somebody said. "This one's not breathing! Hurry and help!" another person called. Nagito was straining to see with the bright light in his face. The ride was smooth and light, but Nagito still felt queasy. He tried to speak but it felt like something was sitting on his chest, making it hard to breathe, much less speak.

"Clear!" A large thud was sounded on Hajime's chest and his heartbeat went faster and faster. "He's breathing again...keep these two boys alive until we get them inside!" Nagito was scared, cold, and confused at the situation since nobody could explain it for him.

The doors to the ambulance opened and the two boys were wheeled out of the large car on stretchers. "What's......going...on? W-Where...are you...taking me?" Nagito mumbled, moving his hand a little. "Stay calm sir. We'll have you taken care of, alright?" Nagito finally realized the situation. The car crash...they're taking me to a hospital..

"No!" Nagito yelled using his full strength. He started squirming, mot very much though considering how injured he was. "You can't take me in there!" Nagito was scrambling, trying to get off the stretcher. The doctors and nurses were trying to hold him down. Mikan came from behind the ambulance, clearly having driven the way there.

"I-I'm a n-nurse! L-Let me h-help p-please!" The other nurses cleared a path for Mikan as she stepped forward. "Tsumiki-san...? Please...take me away from here..." Nagito had tears in his pale green eyes as he looked desperately at his friend. She frowned guilty and tried to muster up a smile, but it came out crooked. "I-I'm sorry! I-I have t-to take you here K-Komaeda! P-Please let me h-help you!" Mikan wheeled the stretcher inside and soon enough, Nagito was in a hospital bed. They can't leave me here!! I need to get out of here! Nagito was screaming and wriggling around, but his injuries stopped him from moving too much.

"Stabilize the patient. We need him calm." Nagito was screaming and squirming still, but Mikan held his pale hand. "I-I'm so s-sorry!" The shot went into his arm and everything became blurry. "H-huh?" Nagito was dazed, looking around for comfort. "Sleep now." A doctor closed Nagito's eyes and he fell asleep.

"He has three broken ribs, fractured his left leg, broke his right arm, and dislocated his shoulder, but other than that, he seems fine," a doctor spoke, examining his patient's body. "What about the other one?" a nurse asked. "The other one was extremely lucky. He only got a cut on his head and a bruise on his right arm. There are no other apparent injuries, but something about his medical record shocks me.."

"What is it Doc?" The doctor put a hand up to his mouth and squinted at the boy in front of him. "His name appears to be Nagito Komaeda, but the records from Kyoko Kirigiri and Shuichi Saihara clearly state that he's dead. They must've missed something or this person is an inposter." The nurses glanced at the fluffy haired boy. "Who gave you his medical records?" a blonde nurse with bright blue eyes asked. The doctor sighed and grabbed the records off the nightstand next to the patient.
