Tony retracted his mask and so did I.

"Are you okay?" He asked. I nodded, catching my breath from the intense situation we'd just endured.

Everyone was looking around. Where was everyone? We were in New York City, this street was usually packed with people.

"Where is everybody?" I spoke my thoughts

"Where is everybody?" I spoke my thoughts.

"In there." Steve spoke. We all looked in the direction he was pointing to see people taking cover inside roadside stores.

As if on cue, there was a loud bang and an explosion in a nearby building. My ears rang as I watched smoke and debris erupt from the roof.

"Is that Loki?" Peter yelled over the noise.

"Yeah, and his friends." Tony said.

I didn't know what he meant, and furrowed my eyebrows at him, then looked back to the building to see a small aircraft flying around it with some giant flying... things following him. I couldn't pick out what they were, they looked like giant bugs!

The small aircraft landed on the road close to us and Tony lowered his mask in preparation for anything that could happen. A ramp opened, much like the one on the Avengers aircraft, except this time someone much less pleasant walked out.

"Well if it isn't Earth's mightiest heroes..." Loki said, walking down the ramp, toward us. I gulped.

"Loki, you need to end this while you still can." Thor warned him.

Loki just laughed, brushing him off. "Hello, brother." He smirked. "So lovely to see you again."

When he got close enough, he noticed me.
