Edit: the 'Heyyy PH fan here, punta kayo sa Pilipinas mga hatdog' means "Hey Ph fan here, go to the Philippines you hatdogs"
Hatdog kind of became a slang here in the Philippines. It all started with them saying 'Ha?' then they reply 'Hatdog'. The hatdog kind of became a name call joke.
