XXIII.

Sungjin arrived at Jae's and helped him pick some clothes.

"You always wear just some random sweatshirt and jeans is that the only clothes you have? Please choose other outfits!" Sungjin said while looking at Jae's closet and Jae is currently sitting down with a white sweatshirt and ripped jeans

"Then... what about this?" Jae asked Sungjin while showing him a pink shirt that has a not too long but not too short sleeves.

"Yeah okay go try that." Sungjin said and Jae dashed to the bathroom

"This seems too simple." Jae said as he got out

"Hyung relax you two are just going to the park not a fancy restaurant." Sungjin said

"Okay then Bob you can stay here and imma steal your pickup car byee." Jae said and grabbed his phone and things then rushed out of his own house to Sungjin's pick up which was just outside

"Jae-" Sungjin called him out but heard the car start. He sighed and called Dowoon to accompany him in Jae's house.

[At the park]

Jae arrived at the park and left the car parked on the side. He brought a picnic basket and a mat.

Younghyun was there watching Jae walk up to him with a bright smile.

"Hey Jae!" Younghyun said and greeted

"Damn is this real please don't wake me up." Jae said and looked at Younghyun's reaction. He faked a frown and they laughed

"Just kidding. Oh and I just realized I should have picked you up!" Jae said and mentally slapped his head

"No it's fine walking here is great." Younghyun said and looked at their surroundings. Some kids were playing around and couples could be seen enjoying their time. Fortunately no one recognized Younghyun.

"Yeah it's great to take a walk outside and instead of cooping up in a room." Jae said and Younghyun smiled at him. Jae looks pretty calm on the outside but in the inside he's a mess.

"Oh you brought a guitar?" Jae asked as he saw the instrument just beside Younghyun.

Jae placed the mat and patted his side so Younghyun can sit.

"Y-yes. Do you sing?" Younghyun asked

"I don't know if I could do that in front of you." Jae said and felt embarrassed

"C'mon I'm not someone special. I'm just like the rest of the people but I am in the music industry. Please don't think highly of me." Younghyun said

"Okay then....Younghyun." Jae said and Younghyun smiled at that.

The elder started to strum the guitar to match the melody of the song he was planning to sing. Younghyun immediately recognized it was Maroon5's She Will Be Loved.

"Beauty queen of only eighteen
She had some trouble with herself
He was always there to help her
She always belonged to someone else" Jae sang and looked at Younghyun.

"I drove for miles and miles and wound up at your door
I've had you so many times but somehow I want more" Younghyun continued the song as Jae continues strumming

"I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile" Jae's turn to sing and Younghyun listened

"And she will be loved
And she will be loved" Younghyun sang and Jae ended the song

"You have a great voice Jae or should I say Jae hyung?" Younghyun said

"Please just call me Jae, I don't really like people to use honorifics on me." Jae said

"Okay then Jae." Younghyun smiled and Jae felt like fainting.

And they forgot to eat the food Jae brought..Jk they ate it okay, spent more timw singing and talking and then went home (Of course Jae drove Brian to his and Wonpil's dorm)

Still haven't got a plan on how this book will go but I think it's kinda getting good.
