Loki's POV

Should I tell her my plans? I debated. "I'm a monster." I finally said. "W-what?" (y/n) breathed heavily. "Oi! Lola got some donuts!" (y/n)'s grandfather yelled happily, so the whole house could hear. "Thank you, Lolo!" she yelled back, still glaring into my eyes. I broke the gaze and stood to the side so she could pass by. I followed (y/n) into the dining room. A box was open with pastries inside on the table.

Your POV

"Thank you for the donuts, Lola." I said after taking the last bite of the sweet. I pushed my chair back and stood up. "May I be excused? I need to study for a test on Monday." I asked my mom. "You may." mom answered still eating her donut. I started to walk towards my room.

"You may." I heard Lola say from the hallway. I was about to close my bedroom's door until a hand stopped it. It was Loki. "Hey" I said to him. He closed the door as I sat on my chair and scooted into my desk. I opened one of textbooks and started to read. Loki sat on the edge of my bed. "I...I'm not Asgardian. I was adopted by the Allfather, the king of Asgard." Loki began.

"I feel like I should trust you." he said. "And you should." I replied. I looked at him, he was looking down at the floor. All of a sudden his pale skin turned into blue flesh. He looked up at me. I stared into his ruby orbs, searching for the monster he called himself but I couldn't find it.

"I truly am a monster." he sighed looking at me, he was scanning my face if it showed fear. All I showed was sympathy. "No you aren't. Those ruby eyes of yours show me there isn't." I said as I stood up and sat next to him. Once a sat down he immediately hugged me. His arms snaked around my waist, as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I felt his head rest my right shoulder. I heard a sniffle in my ear and a tear land my neck. He's blue skin turned back in his pale flesh.

Loki's POV

We stayed like this for about 10 minutes. I savored every moment. I finally met someone who I trusted, and understood me. I'm just worried that if I tell her, she would leave me. She would leave me to rot. She would truly see the monster in me. She would fear me and see me in my worst. But....she understands me. It frustrates me that I can't figure out this weird feeling I have for her. I thought while embracing her.

There was a knock on the door. "(Y/n), we're gonna go to Chinatown at 3 o'clock. Imori is still adjusting and unpacking in Dani's room." Dorothy yelled from the other side of the door. "Okay!" (y/n) yelled still hugging me. Dorothy's footsteps disappeared a couple seconds later.

"Loki, whenever you need help, I'm always here. Whenever you're hurt, I'm here. I will always be here for you." (y/n) whispered into my ear. I hugged her tighter slightly. My heart pounding out of my chest. I have made it my life goal to stay with her no matter what. I thought making it a mental note. I...love her.

Your POV

I kissed his temple and combed his raven hair with my fingers. He was always misunderstood. He just needed someone there. I figured. My eyelids started to get heavy as I rested my head on his left shoulder. I closed my eyes and felt as if I was safe from the whole world.

3rd Person

(Y/n) had fallen asleep in Loki's arms. Once he noticed this he broke their hug and layed (y/n) onto her bed. He grabbed one her pillows and put it under her head. He walked over to (y/n)'s bookshelf and took the Harry Potter he was reading the night before.

It was 12 o'clock and (y/n) woke up after sleeping for 2 hours. "You woke up." Loki said looking over the book. "Come here." she said patting the area next to her. Loki grabbed a pillow and placed it next to hers. He laid down next to her and placed a strand of her hair behind her ear. She moved closer to him, burying her head into his chest.
