Chapter 10: Vial

3rd Person POV

"Where were you guys?" Marissa asked. "We watched the sunset while I was drying off." (Y/n) replied. Violet murmured to Marissa in Armenian about if (y/n) and Loki did more than that. "Hello? English?" Dorothy asked the two of them. "I can't read their mind, they're both speaking Armenian." (Y/n) said, focusing on reading their heads. "Oh, well I.....I was saying that my mom is here. Thank you guys." Violet said, pointing at her mom's car. Before she hopped in the passenger seat, she yelled "DON'T YOU THINK ANYTHING WEIRD, ESH!!" (Translation: esh = donkey) Marissa laughed as everyone else was confused. Violet drove away and now it was just the six of them.

All of them started heading towards the pier and ate dinner in one of the restaurants. It was 8 by the time they finished. "So why did everyone start screaming at your school on Friday?" Loki asked as they were all heading towards the car. "Well they all thought you were a threat because I started to cry. Our neighborhood knows about us and our powers because we all at one point saved them. They all promised to not tell our secret." (Y/n) explained as they were near the parked car. "What if they betray you all?" He asked concerned, looking at (y/n). "I either beat the shit out of them or (y/n) will erase their memories." Dani said coldly but smirked at her family.

•Timeskip the house•

Your POV

"Okay everyone that got in the water is taking a shower!" mom yelled from the kitchen. I decided to take a shower first then Loki. Once I finished and changed into pjs, Loki went to take his shower. After 15 minutes, Loki entered my room but he was only wearing a towel that was wrapped around his waist. "Love? Do you have cream or lotion?" He asked. I lost my words when I saw his bare chest glistening. He caught me staring and smirked at the action. "Oh right! Yeah, here you go." I said, intensely blushing, snapping back into reality and passing him my body lotion.

He went back into the bathroom. Loki then returned to the room in his silk pajamas and gave back my lotion. We both went into the sheets, a little gap between us. "Goodnight, Loki." I said as my eyelids got heavy. "Night, my queen." He replied before I fell into a deep sleep.

Loki's POV

I realized (y/n) was asleep because of her soft snoring. I kissed her forehead before heading out of her room quietly. I silently slid the back door open and closed it. I walked over to the garden and changed into my Asgardian armor. My green cape flowed in the cool breeze. Dani was waiting there for me.

•Timeskip after fight•

We both limped towards Lola's room. She opened the door and placed both of her hands on our shoulders. She said goodnight to both us and I headed towards my dearest's (y/n) room. I slipped under the covers and embraced her in a tight hug. I never want to let go. I thought to myself. I fell into a deep sleep and had a sweet dream of us together, alone.

Imori's POV

I jolted up from my daily nightmares. My breathing became irregular, I gripped onto my chest and tried to calm down. I realized I shared the bed with Dani, I checked to see if she was asleep. She was so I quietly got out of the sheets and went to check on my phone. The time was 4:30 in the morning. I ran my fingers through my light brown hair and tiptoed to the kitchen. Dani didn't follow too far behind, getting up at least twenty one minutes after. (yes I was actually counting to see how long it would take for her to wake up. I'm like that so what? I'm not crazy, you are. Shut up) "Hey there, Newt." Dani whispered as she walked in the kitchen. "Well isn't it the queen of insomnia herself. I was just making coffee." I whispered back. "It's those nightmares. I'm sure (y/n) could help you with that." Dani said as she grabbed the milk/creamer from the fridge.
