'Stay away from my son'

Peter and Ned rushed to their lockers after their class was dismissed from biology. Luckily, bio was their last period. "Hey, Penis!" Peter and Ned stopped knowing exactly who it was. "Flash..." Peter replied in an arrogant tone. "Where do you think you're going?"
"Anywhere your not."
"Hold up," Flash walked to Peter and pushed him to the ground. Ned tried to shove Flash aside, but he dodged. Flash beat up Ned badly. "I'm done with him, know on to you Penis." Flash kicked Peter to the lockers, injuring himself badly. Before Flash could continue abusing Peter, he was blasted with a weapon Peter was too familiar with. Tony's blaster. "Stay away from my son." Peter saw from across the hall, Flash trying to pick himself up and fight against Iron-Man. Which was stupid. Pete ran up to Tony as he stepped out of his suit and gave him a bone crushing hug. "Peter, why didn't you tell me Flash was bullying you?!" Tony broke the hug as the young boy stayed quiet. "Why don't you fight back?"
"Because if I fight back, with one punch I could break all his ribs. Super human strength remember?"
"You could of still notifie me kiddo."
"Didn't you mean it?" Peter asked.
"Mean what?"
"Calling me your son."
"Every word petey." The spider-ling smiled and hugged him softly.

Tony and Peter already took Ned to the hospital, and now facing the principal with Flash's parents and him, himself. The two superheroes walked in the office, making Flash think he has earned an internship at Stark Industries, but then Peter walked in behind his father figure. "What is Peni- I mean Peter doing here?! Mr.Stark am I finally getting an internship?!" Tony didn't listen to Flash. "Mr.Stark! What did we do to finally meet yo-" Tony cut off the principal faster than you can say underoos.
"Flash was been bullying my son for months now! I say you expel him!" Tony said in pure anger. "Son? I believe Peter is adopted by his aunt." The principal said. Tony's face was now only a few inches away from his. "Listen, you knew about Flash bullying Peter and you did nothing about it. If you don't expel him now, I will sue you, the Thompson's, plus the entire school."
"Yes, I knew, but I thought they were friends by now."
"You didn't even check up on them if they were friends! If you don't do it right now I will have the Avengers on your doorstep by tomorrow morning!" Peter has never seen Tony this mad before, it scared him. "I can't believe you think our son is bullying Peter! You can't just blame us!" Mr.Thompson roared. "Why would you think I would blame Flash?! How would you explain Peter's broken ribs? His bruises? There all from your son!" Tony yelled to Mr.Thompson so loudly, the whole school could hear. "C'mon Peter, lets go." Tony took himself and Peter to the car outside which had a half asleep Happy waiting in the front seat. "Happy! Take us to Stark Towers." Tony didn't even dare to wake in up. "I didn't know you cared so much Mr.Stark." Peter said quietly.
"Of course I care kiddo, I wouldn't want anyone hurt my son!"
"Thanks Dad."
