Dianne's POV:
Sitting at the table in Joe's apartment, thinking about the last few weeks and I can't believe it. Week 5?! I've never gotten this far in the competition before! Being with Joseph just makes it even more special. Don't get me wrong, I love dancing but I am exhausted and achy. I know Joe is finding this waltz tougher than the last few weeks because this is his first proper ballroom dance- so I've got to keep smiling and keep the positivity up. If he could just keep that left shoulder down and use that bloody neck of his! He really is the most beautiful ballroom dancer when he nails it...I could watch him all day.
"Earth to Di? You okay? What's up?", Joe's voice pulled me out of my daydream. "Shit yeah, sorry Joseph, my mind just drifted away with the mermaids I guess." I replied. Turning my thoughts back to the meal Joe had prepared for us, I start to push the food round my plate and continue to chat about Zoe's visit today and our plans for after the show this weekend.

When Joe has finished his food, I push my plate away and bring them both over to the sink to wash up. In a world of my own (again...shock), I jump slightly when I feel Joseph wrap his arms around me from behind, cuddling me whilst I put my leftovers in a container. Kissing my head, Joe chuckled, "was my cooking that bad or are you just not hungry?" Pulling away from him, placing the container in the fridge, I laugh..."Joe...I've got a confession."
"What now?" He rolls his eyes dramatically...
"I actually don't like pasta...it's my least favourite food...I'm sorry!" Holding me against his chest, rocking me gently, he said, "you're half Italian?!? How does that work?!" He laughed.
"I know I know, it's one of the many crazy things about me I guess, I'm so sorry!" I apologise sheepishly.
"Don't be sorry Di, just let me know next time! I don't want you going hungry and getting ill...I need you."

With that, I buried my face further into his chest...face blushing...my heart fluttering wildly. He NEEDS me...

Joe's POV:
For Christ sake Joe! You KNOW she hates pasta you spoon. I glance down at the beautiful redhead snuggled into my chest, how can I make this up to her? "Come on Di, lets watch some Netflix or something, I'll wash up later." Taking her hand, I lead her over to the sofa, grabbing the blankets on the way past. "Here, take the covers and make yourself comfy, I'll bring over the wine." Tossing her the remote, "oh and pick something to watch my love."

Heading to the kitchen, pouring two glasses of red wine and lifting a pack of chocolate pretzels, I make my way back to the sofa. I see Dianne curled up in the corner of the sofa, seeing her look so small and tired makes my heart skip a beat...she works so hard and I do NOT make it easy for her. Sitting down beside her, I lift my arm for her to cuddle in and I can't help but grin when she snuggles into me. Not even 10minutes into the first episode of friends and I can feel Di getting heavier against me as she falls asleep, I absent mindedly stroke her side with my thumb.

Me...Joe Sugg...is cuddled up with the most beautiful girl on the planet and she's MY girl...wow.

The sound of Dianne's stomach rumbling brought me back to reality with a bump. Lifting her gently, i lie her out on the sofa. Creeping quietly to the kitchen, I set about making Di some toast with...with...WHAT DOES SHE PUT ON HER TOAST?!? Peanut butter. If I get this wrong, I really will be the worlds shittiest...dance partner. Making my way back to my sleeping reddo, kissing her gently and stroking her face, I begin to wake her up. "I brought you some toast, your stomach told me you were hungry" i teased. Shaking her head and sitting up, "I'm sorry" she murmurs. "Don't be sorry Di, you need to eat so you can drag me through the waltz on Saturday," I laugh.

3rd person POV:
After Dianne had eaten, she found herself rested against Joe again and her eyes slowly began to close. Feeling her getting heavier, Joe rested his chin on her head, smiling and sighed contentedly; could this be the new "normal" for them?
Feeling himself falling asleep, Joe knew he had to get Dianne into bed so they weren't achy for the next day of training. Waking the redhead gently, he guided her, half asleep, up the stairs and handed her a pair of shorts and a t-shirt of his and left her to get ready. He gathered a few blankets and pillows to bring down to the sofa for himself. Knocking his bedroom door lightly, when he heard no answer, he opened the door cautiously and saw Dianne curled up in his bed...a sight he wanted to savour forever. He paused for a moment to take in how beautiful she looked, her flame hair fanning out behind her while she cuddled the covers. Reaching across her, he grabbed his shorts and went to leave, whispering, "goodnight Dianne, sleep well."
What happened next, changed everything for Joe.

As he went to walk away, Dianne reached up and took his hand, "no...please stay" she mumbled sleepily.

It was in that moment, Joseph Sugg realised he had well and truly fallen for Dianne Buswell.
