Lizzie awoke not long after the scientists had left her room and when she saw what she looked like, she squealed in joy. She was happy to see that they had made her into an anthropomorphic fox. She had wanted to be a fox since she was little. They seemed so carefree and beautiful, and she thought that if she were a fox, then all her anxieties would just dissipate like they were never there.
Then the excitement wore off and her anxiety set in. Her tail swished nervously as she began to worry about the cost of this. What effect would it have on her life? Would she ever go home? Was this permanent or temporary? She shook with nervousness, and couldn't think straight. Her heart rate increased and she began sweating.
Lizzie fell to her knees as her anxiety attack made her legs feel weak. She was just barely holding onto consciousness, and couldn't move. A single tear fell from her eye as the darkness crept into the corners of her vision and she began to lose consciousness. They were supposed to have gotten rid of her anxiety! Why wasn't it gone?
Lizzie's mind raced and her head pounded. Her vision came in and out of focus and her new tail curled around her. Until she couldn't stay conscious any longer. Lizzie stopped fighting to stay conscious and fell forward. She was out cold before her head hit the floor.
