A warm light shines in my eyes as I roll over with a groan, burying myself further into the blanket I lay atop, ignoring the nagging feeling that something wasn't quite right. I stretched my legs to try and get more comfortable, and that's when I realised that this wasn't my bed. Cracking one eye open I glance around at the unfamiliar room, squinting at the light that shone through the room's window.
Sitting up I rub my eyes with a sigh, sleep leaving me as I finally realise what has happened.
"So it wasn't a dream" I Hum in thought.
Looking down I notice I'm still in yesterday's clothes, I didn't even get under the covers, must've been so tired I just crashed.
Reaching for my pocket I get my phone out and see there were no messages from my parents, they must have meant it I guess. I see a notification from MysMe but ignore it, it wasn't important right now. It was nine in the morning, just about to turn ten, I should probably get up I think in annoyance.
A knock suddenly came from the door, snapping my head up at the noise. It knocked again after a few seconds. I darted up from the bed and hurried to it, pulling my shirt down to at least look slightly presentable.
Cracking the door open I see a man in a suit, hand raised to knock once again. He noticed the door open and looked at me, a smirk lying on his features. That's when it finally clicked within me, I'm in Tony Stark's house.
The door then swung open, my eyes wide open in shock.
"I am so sorry!" I rush out, flustered by the situation.
He just raised his eyebrow at me, obviously amused by this. Without a word he walks past me and sits himself upon the bed, hands leaning behind him to prop himself up.
"Tsk tsk, I came all the way to get you so we can get started with your duties, and here you are sleeping on the job" Looking up he grinned as he took in my appearance, obviously dishevelled by sleep.
Flushing in embarrassment I wrapped my arms around myself and tried to come up with something to say but my mouth just opened and closed with no words coming out.
"I'm kidding, although I quite enjoy the display" Looking me up and down he smirked once again. Standing up and brushing himself off he walks to the door, only to turn around.
"I'll give you 10 minutes, then I expect you to be ready and in my office" I look at him as he's about to leave.
"Um, I uh, don't have anything to wear" Stuttering as I point out that all I have is my jumper and trackies from yesterday.
"You'll find something in the closet" Winking he turns the corner and heads off to do whatever he needs to do.
Letting out a breath I didn't realise I was holding, I headed for said closet and opened it to see It already filled with clothes. I admire the fabrics, my hand touching them in amazement looking at the brands, these were not cheap. Feeling slightly uncomfortable by this, I continued to look and noticed they all seemed to be very revealing outfits. Blushing as I searched for something less showy, my eyes landed on a simple button-up and pencil skirt. Well, that's better.
Heading for the bathroom I looked in awe at the sheer size of it, a waterfall shower and a bathtub that was practically a Jacuzzi. Now was not the time to have a look around, I didn't have long till I had to meet Tony. Turning the knob to the shower, water fell from the roof, heating up quite quickly as I step in and start to lather myself.
Before long I was out and wrapped in a towel, grabbed the outfit and started to put it on. Buttoning up the shirt I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that it was very flattering, hugged my chest in ways my normal wardrobe wouldn't.
