SIVA UPRISING

Chapter 4

(Vanguard Command Tent, Wakandan Refugee Camp, Ten Minutes Later)

    A young woman with a bun at the back of her head
scanned Varix's condition as she brought her medical equipment.  She was wearing a white protective suit. The others waited inside the tents. Princess Shuri busied herself to rule out the disease which her face seemed very puzzled. 

   Fang the brunette Raptor Faunus dressed up in the same outfit as the Wakandan princess. She arrived to check on the patient. Varix was still lying on the observation bed and seeing Fang coming.

   ” The virus, " Fang queried. " Does it spread like the way it did to Varix? " 

   " This is not just an ordinary virus, " Shuri replied. " It is a self-replicating nanobot, however it stopped spreading after one of your comrades has partially healed him."

   ” Good, " she smiled. " He will be okay, but this Siva keeps making more of itself? " 

  " Well, there is one thing I want to try in destroying the SIVA."

   " Is the man we encountered before the one controlling it? " 

   " Yes, " Shuri nodded as she took the liquid sample in the vial and used the syringe. She gently tapped it and injected it into Varix's system. Fang looked at the black panther Faunus as he struggled while feeling his system feel normal again.

   " I feel like myself again, " Varix smiled and asked. " But what liquid was that Shuri? "

   " It's the Heart-shaped herb from the Shamans, " she answered. " My brother, T'Challa gained his strength and full-health from this one. "

   " It's quite an effective herb, " Fang commented. " It's being counteract everything. So, Varix is now 100 percent him again? ”

   " He's still under observation for now. I hope he can get well. "

   ” I was able to find the two with the stone bearer. I’m a Raptor Faunus, so my senses can help track down anything in the area. Right now, it’s safe. "

   " Oh, I see. It's nice that you found him along with the Jabari tribe, " Shuri smiled as she understood the presence of the Infinity Avengers. " They are here in this camp, but the other one has a big problem."

   ” Did they have an encounter with that false ruler of Wakanda? "

   " Yes, my brother told me about Captain Marvel being under attack as Mr. Marvel attempted to rescue her. She was about to die. "

   Fang was surprised to hear from what happened more than an hour ago. She got curious of what really happened in the palace. Shuri remembered that moment as she asked her brother to leave.

   " Is she stable? "

   " She is resting so far. " Shuri replied. " Someone revived her. "

   ” I hope she turns out all right when she wakes up and not scarred from it. ”

   " I hope so. It may be a very terrible experience for her. "

(Vanguard Command Tent, Wakandan Refugee Camp. 2:00 PM)

   "  And so, SHIELD says they'll send a Helicarrier to aid with our efforts but, we'll have to attack before then, " Cayde noted.

   " At least they sent us a few jets for the initial assault, that can help clear out their front line easily, " Ikora followed.

   " And with thanks to our friend Mr.Stark, we have enough military Frames for a substantial assault. Than, and some other... unorthodox fighting units. Correct? " Zavala looked to the Avenger representative and Wakandan King.
