Chapter 21

Kaminari P.O.V

"BABIES! CHILDREN ! STOP RUNNING! *pant* Uncle Kami *pant* is outta shape *pant*" I yelled trying to catch up with the two littles that were running around the house .

Kirishima and Mina went out to get groceries, leaving me in charge of watching them.

I fell onto the floor , spreading my arms and legs out in a starfish shape , wheezing for air . I closed my eyes , and tried calm down my heart , when I heard small feet running towards me , high pitched giggles filling my ears.

"Bubba!" I heard Bakugou yell through his fit of giggles , as he laid on my chest .

"Uncle Kami!" Tsuyu said , poking my cheek .

I opened my eyes , a huge smile taking over my face . " What are you troublemakers doing !" I chuckled , sitting up , being immediately attacked by hugs from the two.

"What do you guys wanna do now ?" I asked them . " OOOOO! I wanna —" Bakugou's reply was cut off by a loud growl from his stomach . "Hmm , maybe we should take care of the little monster first ." I said , tickling his stomach . He giggled and squirmed in my hold until I stopped .

"Well what would you two like to eat?" I asked , standing up from the floor, holding their hands as we walked to the kitchen .

"ICE CWEAM!" They shouted in unison, their little fists in the air as they jumped up and down excitedly .

I chuckled " We can't eat ice cream for lunch . You'll feel yucky ." They both sported a pout , Tsuyu's significantly more dramatic than Bakugou's. "Ok!ok!ok . How about this ... if you eat all your lunch , you can have some ice cream ok?" Their pouts disappeared quickly , being replaced by toothy grins .

As we rounded the corner to the kitchen , I let go of their hands . They climbed up into their chairs , while I searched for something to eat . "Well , your Mommy and Daddy went to the store to get some more food so ... what do you think about Dino nuggets and Mac and cheese?" I asked carefully, hoping that the picky littles wouldn't mind.

"Yay! Dino nuggies!" Bakugou exclaimed , Tsuyu nodding furiously with a smile . I chuckled , and started making their plates , listening to the littles talking to each other . Once I finished cooking , I brought the plates over to the table , making sure that Tsuyu had the pink plate with matching utensils, and that Bakugou had his red plate and utensils.

"Thank you Bubba." "Thank you Uncle Kami !" Bakugou and Tsuyu said immediately digging in . "No problem." I replied , ruffling their heads with a smile .

"Uncle Kami?" Tsuyu asked .

" Yes darling?" She giggled.

"Can I have some 'mato sauce ?" I was confused as to what she wanted , until it finally clicked . I nodded , and went to the kitchen to get her some ketchup. "Here you go" I said. Putting some ketchup on her plate .

Third person P.O.V

"WE'RE BACK!" Mina said , carrying eight bags in each hand , Kirishima doing the same as he walked in behind her . It was a miracle they got the door unlocked , but the two would rather die than make a second trip back to the car .

"BABY?" Kirishima yelled from the kitchen as he sat the bags on the counter . When they didn't hear an answer back , the caregivers were quick to look for their littles .

Mina and Kirishima raced up the stairs , checking rooms , when they opened up the guest room (which had recently turned into Kaminari's room) they saw something they'd never forget . Tsuyu and Bakugou were giggling , as they sat on the ground , putting makeup on Kaminari's face .

Bakugou caught the sight of his daddy's red hair and immediately jumped up . "DADDY ! DADDY! Look Tsuyuie and I made bubba pwetty!" Bakugou ran into Kirishima's open arms .

The red-head picked him up , and placed him on his hip . Kirishima faked a gasp as he looked at Kaminari who still had his eyes closed. "Oh wow baby you're so talented!" He said kissing Bakugou's cheek .

Tsuyu was still focused on putting on Kaminari's eyeliner , that she couldn't hear her mommy walking up beside her . "What ya doing there princessa?" Mina asked , pushing back some of Tsuyu's dark green bangs . Tsuyu looked up quickly , her full attention now on her caregiver.

"I'm makin' Uncle Kami as pwetty as you Momma." Mina was squealing on the inside, but decided to play it cool .

"Why thank you babygirl you're doing an amazing job ." She said , kissing Tsuyu on the forehead. Kaminari woke up in the midst of all the commotion. "Oh , you're back." He said through a yawn . Mina and Kirishima were about to choke on the laughs they are holding back .

Kaminari has dark blue eyeshadow from his eyelid to his eyebrows, white eyeliner scribbled on the corners of his eye , mascara on his lips , and highlighter was caked onto his ears . They had also managed to put his hair into two pigtails with black bows .

He stood up from his place on the floor , and walked to the bathroom.

He had a choice to make .

He could keep the make up on , and look ridiculous, or he could take the make up off and be the worst Uncle/bubba ever.

Kaminari took a deep breath , and strutted out of the bathroom with his face of makeup still on . He heard the TV on in the living room , and went downstairs , sitting in the middle of the couch, which had become his favorite spot .

All was well for a while , the littles were proud of their work , the caregivers were proud of their littles, and Kaminari was proud of the food choices Mina and Kirishima made .

They were still watching the 'Paw patrol adventure movie' when Kaminari's phone rang, but it wasn't a regular phone call ring , it was a FaceTime ring .  Kaminari ran to his room , and sat on his bed . He flipped his phone over to see the caller ID that read 'Sero 😅🤔😫' . Without thinking , he pressed on the answer button , forgetting about his appearance. When the video connected and he saw his face , he mentally slapped himself.

He put on fake confidence and acted like nothing was wrong . "Hello." He said unfazed by Sero's concerned look .

"H-hi there"
