Weird dream

We all got the letters. None of us knew who sent them or what would happen.

"His highness Lucifer requests an audience at the warehouse downtown at midnight. Don't be late."

We were all intrigued, and met that night at the warehouse doors. My girlfriend, Ashley, has my arm around her and clinging to my hand over her shoulder. Our friends, Fin and Jazzlyn, were taking in the scene; An old warehouse that looked on the verge of collapse, if not for the concrete walls. We looked at each other, and I let go of Ashley to open the door. Inside looked almost completely abandoned, aside from the old and torn mattresses piled everywhere. We looked at each other again, and the other all ran and started jumping on the piles, chasing each other and yelping when they got caught. Ashley and I settled down on one of the back piles. It was almost midnight and she was tired, so I laid back and let her lay on top of me. Everyone else also settled down eventually, all staying near each other and talking quietly.

We all jumped when we heard the hidden speakers come on. A muffed but raspy voice started talking, but I doubt many of us could understand. Jazzlyn thought he said something about going down the corridor and changing, but none of us wanted to move. I woke up Ashley and explained what had happened. There were two corridors on either side of the large room, one brightly lit and the other dark and foreboding. We talked about trying a corridor, listing pros and cons for each one.

We eventually decided on the dark one, and we all gathered about the entrance. I started going first, with Ashley clinging to my hand and my knife drawn in the other. We came out of the corridor to a large room, similar to the one we just left. Except this one had a bit of furniture and no mattresses. There was a small doorway with a black lace curtain over it, leading into a small closet like chamber. The clothes in it looked like punk 90's style, and there seemed to be a specific outfit for everyone's taste. For some reason, we all decided to change into the outfits. (Don't ask me why, it was a weird dream from the get go.)

One of the doors across the room suddenly burst open, revealing a skinny but tall man in a black tuxedo. I put Ashley behind me and held up my knife, Fin doing the same with hers beside me. He looked us over and smiled, slowly starting to walk towards us. Fin and I held our knives up higher and tensed, warning him not to get too close. He held up his hands in mock surrender, and plopped down on one of the couches. "Why did you call us here?" Fin demanded. He just chuckled and motioned for us to sit down. None of us moved. He started to look angry and told us firmly to sit down. Still, we didn't move. He scowled at us, and I saw him reach behind his back. I yelled for them to run and shoved everyone through the corridor we entered through, hearing gunshots. We all ran back to the first room, paused, and ran through the other corridor, coming to a door. Jazzlyn busted through it and we all ran through, Fin slamming it shut behind us.

We were in a room virtually identical to the other furnished ones. There was a another hallway that said "Exit" above it, but looked narrow enough to fit one person at a time, maybe two in a line. I knew it would be a bad idea to all go at once, so I had an idea. I turned to Ashley and hugged her as tight I could, starting to cry and hearing her start to do the same. I pulled away and held her face, making her look at me. "Ashley, that hallway can probably only fit one person at a time, and I need you to go." She started shaking her head and held my wrists. "Listen to me. I need you do run, as fast and as far away from here as possible. Do you understand?" She nodded, still crying. I heard a distant gunshot and kisses her forehead, calling Fin over. I explained the plan to her, including that me and Jazzlyn would meet them outside in the car later. I looked back at Ashley and cupped her face again. "If I don't make it out of here, I want you to know I love you more than anything in this world, alright?" She nodded and said she loved me too, hugging me tightly. I kisses her forehead again and nudged her to the exit. I turned to Fin. "Make sure you both get out and get to the car. Do not stop unless you have to, do not pass go." Jazzlyn and I hugged them both. We wished them luck, and Fin dragged Ashley down the y'all way. I heard her sobbing and yelling for me until the exit door closed...

And that's when I woke up. I know, this is kinda weird and a lot of choices were... questionable. But I thought this would make a good writing prompt so tell me what you guys think!
