Her eyes glimmered with immense happiness as she saw her crush taking steps towards her. The thrill of seeing him after such a long time was surely present but the nervousness of mistakingly making a fool out of herself still didn't leave her mind, even after a friendship of three years she wasn't as comfortable with talking openly to him as she was with his other bandmates. No matter how much she tried to work on it, her feelings for him always came in the way.
He had a smile plastered on his face and grinning like a lunatic he enveloped Myon in his arms. She froze as his arms encircled her waist tightly, squeezing her anatomy as his life depended on it. She couldn't help but the blood rushed to her cheeks upon the close proximity of them and she awkwardly patted his back, hoping he'd get the indication, "Myon! I missed you bear." He said finally giving her the room to breathe and she chuckled, there was this nervousness again, which she was facing upon seeing him and words just not seemed to form correctly in her head. Keeping quiet seemed a better option and she sticks to that. "How're your exams goin'?"
"Decent." She shrugged and he nodded.
"And I thought you'd fail without my tutoring sessions." He teased and she gave a sheepish smile. Up to some point, it was the truth, she could very well see herself failing the very first tests she gave after he left for his tour. She wasn't the brightest student among her friends or the whole batch for a matter of fact.
He shook his head at seeing her zoning out and flicked her head lightly. She snapped out of her thoughts and he gestured her what along with a questioning look. She smiled and shook her head, "Nothing, your parents must be waiting." Saying so she got out of his hold and moved in the opposite direction. He gave her a confused look but didn't question. Without giving her another thought he moved towards the house ready to meet his parents.
Reaching the outer open area she released the breath she was holding and putting her hands on her waist she ducked her face so that her chin almost touched her chest. It was way too hard to act like she didn't feel something for him. She wondered how he didn't figure out considering how much of a mess she is in front of him.
"Notice me Jin, please."
