I was woken by Minho early in the morning, and he said "Darcy get up its time to run" "ugghh" I groaned but I still got out of the hammock. Minho led me to shed in the woods I had never seen before, and I asked "What is this place?" "Its a place for runners only this is where we keep all of our maps, weapons, and supplies. Before you ask no we haven't found a way ou or we'd out by now but we kep hoping and trying foolishly. But there has to be a way out. Come on now grab some water and supplies, and get two knives." As soon as I grabbed my stuff Minho grabbed my arm and rushed me to the doors of the maze with him and said "Ok Darcy, as soon as the doors we run as fast as we can and you need to follow me." "Ok" I breathed "Let's go!" As soon as the doors opened Minho and I ran into he maze. throughout the day we ran and occasionally we stopped for a snack. Just long enough for me to gulp some water and some fruit.
As we were running back to the doors we saw everyone crowding around the box. Minho and I ran out of the maze towards the box. We couldn't see through the crowd but we managed to push our way through and laying in the box was a girl and she looked dead. I got down and lifted her up and a note fell out of her hand I picked it up and read it it said SHE IS THE LAST ONE EVER.
