Two months, it's been two months.

"Come on Bec," Jessica shouted as Becca started to hesitate once she stood in front of the staircase.

"It's okay Becca," Max reassured her, "we can stop now."

Max is Becca's physiotherapist. When she got shot, the bullet went right next to her spine, damaging a part of the nerves around that area. The doctors were afraid she might not be able to walk again, and end up paralyzed, but luckily, the surgery was a success. And Becca has been in physiotherapy ever since she was able to stand.

"I can do it," she insisted before swallowing a load of her saliva.

"No you can't," I said as I stood up in front of her, blocking her way.

"Hey don't ruin it," Jessica whined.

"Well, if she falls again, that'll be what ruins it," I half-yelled at Jessica.

"Fuck you," she said as she began to walk towards the door.

"Aren't you gonna come," she spoke to Phoebe, not turning around.

"Andy's our ride," Phoebe answered not taking her eyes off of her phone's screen. "I ain't walking all the way back."

Jessica groaned then went back and sat next to Clay who was watching us silently.

"Alright so I guess that'll be it for the day," Max said as he clapped his hands.

Clay pushed the wheelchair until it hits Becca's knees causing her to fall on it.

"Ouch," she screamed.

"And you wanna go up the stairs?" Clay asked sarcastically pushing Becca to the edge and making her smack him on the shoulder.

"Okay Becca-" Max tried to talk before Becca interrupted him.

"Do not walk, or stand up on your own when there is no one around," Becca imitated Max, "do not tire yourself, or push yourself too hard."

"Alright, alright," he cut her off, "I'll see you next week."

"Fascinating that Max is," Phoebe teased. "You two surely are getting along."

"I'm just his patient. He can't not treat me kindly." Becca said eyeing me.

"Besides, he's way too old for her," Phoebe said putting her phone away.

"Oh my, oh my. Phoebe not texting Charles for 2 seconds?" Clay uttered making the fakest shocked face ever.

"He went to hang out with Justin." She said rolling her eyes and causing everyone to look at me.

"Let's leave now, shall we?" I said dryly as I shoved Clay aside and started pushing the wheelchair, taking Becca out of the room, then the building.

It's been two months since the shooting. Thirty four dead students, and seven injured. All students, students who dared stand up to defend others.

Quentin and his squad has been holding grudges against a lot of people. They even ended up shooting each other at some point.

Quentin ran away, and was then found dead in an closed alley. A bullet through the head. Suicide.

He had called his mom to apologize but she disowned him, saying thay even if he brings back the dead students she won't look at him anymore. She said way too many harsh things to him. He eventually ended up taking his own life.

Police reports say that the shooters were high on heroine. The resources of the drug are still unknown.

In the end, more than forty families were ruined. Seven of my schoolmates were scarred and thirty four were killed, leaving their parents devastated. Why? Because of me.

"Earth to Andrew," Becca said, clapping her hands while stretching her arms to reach the level of my face, bringing me out of my thoughts.

"Huh?" Is all I managed to say. We were standing on the sidewalk across the hospital's parking. A taxi stopped in front of us, and even before he managed to ask if we needed a ride I turned around and pushed Becca's wheelchair towards my car.

"What was that about?" She asked giving me her puppy eyes.

I tried not to look at her because I knew I couldn't resist them.

"Just spaced out." I replied quickly before stopping in front of the car.

"Let me help you," Clay offered as Becca tried to stand up to get in the car. I opened the door and Clay helped her get in and sit next to Phoebe who was back on her phone. Clay went to put the wheel chair in the trunk after I shut the door. I climbed in the passenger's seet and told Clay to drive instead of me because i wasnt feeling well. Ignoring everyone's questions, and Becca's looks, I put on a CD of classical music and closed my eyes giving it all away to Bussy's Claire De Lune.

Until flashbacks hit me in my sleep. And I woke up screaming, causing more attention towards me.

It's been two months. Two months in hell.

A/N: HEY GUYS AND THANKS FOR 1.8K!!
I know I said I'll be working on a sequel, and the first chapter was already up, but I realized that what I had planned for the sequel was gonna be pretty confusing, and I couldn't see where it was going SO I got a better idea to wrap things up for Andrew and the squad. Therefore I'm gonna be extending this book until i get to the end I have in mind.
