"Arhaan. I have to admit, you're scaring me." I said as I looked away from the window and turned in his direction.
"I scare you?" Arhaan asked as his eyebrows gathered and he frowned.
"Hmm.. Not you exactly, its the place we are at." I said looking at the tress we passed by in a flash.
We've been on the road for 15 minutes now. I didn't mind it one bit though. I loved car drives, but the place we were at, was weird. It was a long straight road, which looked never ending, and there was plenty of tall trees on either sides of it. It was really pretty.
"Trust me. Its the prettiest place ever. You just might love it." Arhaan said.
"Yeah?" I asked him.
"yeah." he confirmed nodding his head.
we drove for five minutes more until we took a turn into a deserted byroad, and a few seconds later we came to a stop at a wooden gate.
There was huge wooden board which read something, I couldn't read it due to the place being extremely dark.
"We're here. let me open the gates." Arhaan said smiling warmly as he unbuckled his seat belt and got off the car not giving me enough time to comprehend him.
"I could have opened it, you didn't have to get down!" I said once he had opened the gates and was back in the car.
"Nah." He said chuckling. "Oh and, we kind of have to walk for a bit. Hope you don't mind." He said as he parked the car and opened his door about to get off.
"Of course not." I said as I unbuckled my seat belt.
I was about to open my door when I saw it being pulled open by Arhaan.
Well okay, that was fast.
I smiled at him and got off.
As I set my foot on the ground, the smell of fresh water rushed up my nostrils.
"Is there a river somewhere close." I asked wrinkling my eyebrows.
"Well, why don't we go ahead and look?" Arhaan replied.
I laughed nodding my head.
It was extremely dark, the only light we had was from the full moon which shone brightly and blessed us its with it gorgeous presence. We walked through the trees until we came to an entrance with ivy's covering it.
I turned around and looked at Arhaan as I was afraid of going ahead.
Reading my facial expressions, he took ahold of my hand, hesitantly.
He was still afraid that I would flinch away.
I held it firmly and smiled at him.
He pushed the hanging plants and lead the way, with me right next to him.
We literally entered into a whole new place. I was simply astonished that I couldn't help but freeze on the spot, and Arhaan, who was holding onto my hand, had to stop too.
"Ya Allah! This is magical Arhaan!" I said amazed.
I couldn't take all of this in.
There was a two floored cute wooden house at the edge of a lake, which was lit with orange lights. It looked like it was taken right out of google images. The water in the lake shone due to the reflection of the moon light, making things looked incredibly magical.
I snapped my head in Arhaans direction, with my eyes wide.
He already had his eyes on me, with a small smile playing on his lips.
