Call me a pansy, but I get scared way too easily. nonameleftxx requested this cover and as I was reading the summary, I got the willies. Anything remotely creepy or mysterious makes me want to run for the exit. That doesn't mean I'll back down from making a horror cover, unless it does scar my fragile mindset for life.
Not gonna lie, I blame my brother. When I was younger, homie decided it was okay to let his sister stay up and watch him play Resident Evil. It didn't help that my parents were also big fans of the Alien series.

Design Process: 2 hours First thing I did was grab this nice looking cottage by the lake. To insta-creepify the shit out of anything, just turn it black and white. I excluded the roof of the house and the reflection because I want there to be some sort of color.

Next, I amped up the red of the house using the color curves tool. Since this will be a black and white cover for the most part, I really wanted that red to be eye-catching. And also because the red was looking kinda dull.
