Grace hissed again as she remembered Tobi's revelation to everyone. He was crazy, that she was sure of. She remembered Clara shocked expression, she recalls her MD's expression. It came as a surprise to them definitely, even to her. She shook her head and put the thoughts away.

Her sectary came in after she knocked twice.

'Ma, The MD wants to see you in his office.' She informed as she dropped  a cup of coffee and Doughnuts.

Grace looked at it lazily.

'Thank you dear but I think I'll pass on this. Have you had breakfast?' Grace asked even though it was way past noon.

She shook her head. 'No ma.'

Grace stood up slowly.

'Well, go and get something to eat. I do not want you sick.'

'Okay ma. Thank you ma.'

Grace nodded and walked out of the office while her sectary picked the edibles she dropped and went out of the office too.

'Sit.' The MD pointed to a chair, she obliged and sat down.

'I had no idea you have a personal relationship with the CEO.'

Grace shifted uneasily on her seat.

'Besides, your file says you are single.'

'That's because I'm not married or divorced.'

He nodded.

'Anyway, I see you as a smart and professional person. I believe you'll handle your relationship well.'

'Sir-' She tried protesting, she wasn't in any relationship.

'It's okay. You can leave now.' He said and waved his hand.

She kept quiet and left as he gestured.

Tobi, you psycho!

She cursed under her breath.

Grace walked briskly to the hall she asked Precious to wait after the closing hours. She was late, work had managed to steal her time.
The moment she entered the hall, Tobi was the first person she saw. Her smiles faded away but her heart skipped a beat as she saw him smiling and playing with Precious and Tina.

'Mummy!' Precious called as she saw Grace approach them.

Tobi turned to her direction. He was glad, he had expected her to come on time but she didn't. He waited regardless. He smiled as his heart pounded fast.

'Good afternoon ma.' Tina greeted.

Grace smiled. 'Girls, how are you,?' She asked.

'Fine!'

She nodded. 'Come on, let's go.' She said as she stretched out her hands to Precious.

Tobi put his hands in her stretched hands before Precious could.

Precious and Tina were utterly confused, they exchange glance.

'Grace, come on! You are not just going to act like I don't exist.' He said.

Grace loves his hands in hers, she looked at their hands locked, she quickly dropped his hands.

'What is wrong with you?' Grace snapped.

He shrugged.

'Do you know the crazy stunt you pulled back there could cost me my job?'

He said nothing, he looked on like a five years old child that is being scolded at.
