The call of the many tropical birds seemed to really tie the place together. Chameleons hanging from tree limbs and tropical flowers shown in full bloom. A perfect place for relaxation that wasn't very far from home.
Kaede let himself be drug around by his smaller upperclassmen as he looked around. He looked up as Honey came to a stop, his gaze was caught by Mori, who gave a small smile. Kaede returned it. He was grateful that Mori suggested that they should push back the trip until he was healed.
Honey chirped on about bunnies and them being cute to the other hosts. Kaede raised an eyebrow and shook his head at the flowery boy. The Akiyama heir glanced over at the pool and then towards Mori.
"Care for a swim?"
Mori looked down at him, silent. He gave a nod. Kaede sported a smirk as the two set off in a run towards the shining water. He let out a laugh and then held his breath as he jumped and dived in.
Kaede could have sworn he heard Honey's voice, but he was too preoccupied with keeping pace with Mori to actually care. He was actually relaxed as he swam. The water rushed past his face as he brought his arm back for another stroke. He poked his face out of the almost completely clear water and took a breath.
"You can do it, Kae-chan!" He heard Honey cheer as he swam close.
A vibration in the water made Kaede glance back. The supposedly calm, clear water had gradually gained height and started to crash down, Kaede and Honey in the path of destruction.
"Honey-senpai!" Kaede reaches out but was forced under the water as the wave hit. His mouth filled with water and he still had a little sense within him his try and keep his mouth shut. His eyes were screwed shut as he blindly swam where he thought the surface was.
A hand that snapped around his wrist gave him a glimpse of hope as he fell the urge to take a breath. He was pulled to the surface, where he inelegantly spat out water and heaved several breaths. Kaede wiped at his eyes and looked up at the worried faces that surrounded him.
"I swear this club is haunted," he chuckled as he swiped back his hair. The group sighed once they realized he wasn't hurt. Kaede laid down on the concrete and stared up at the glass ceiling. "Are you alright?" Came a smooth voice, though if one listened closely they could hear the concern that was deeply laced inside.
"'M fine, Kyo. Just winded," Kaede gave a laugh as he looked up at the teenager. "Not everyday you get shoved into the water by a giant wave." Kyoya opened his mouth to say something, Kaede looked up at him expectantly, but he snapped his lips shut as quick as he opened them.
Kaede sighed and then tried to stand. A little wobbly at first, but he managed to successfully stand and walk around a little. Kyoya stayed by his side, just to make sure the boy wouldn't unexpectedly fall over.
Though he wouldn't admit it aloud, Kaede was secretly please with the outcome. He snuck a glance towards the bespectacled boy and then glanced away, a smile played on his lips. Kyoya also took a glance towards the boy next to him, though instead he sent Kaede a questioning gaze, probably wondering why he was smiling in the first place. One had to wonder after all.

Kaede walked down the sidewalk, his hands stuffed in his pockets and a smile on his face as the afternoon light sent red hues everywhere. Kaede pulled out his phone and checked on the message again. He was asked to come to the park and then he would go to wherever after.
Turning into the park, he sighed when he realized he was alone. It seemed as though he would have to wait. Kaede strolled over towards to abandoned swings and plopped down. He gently pushed himself back and forth, his feet never really leaving their spot.
