If we could read the minds of all our friends and family. There will be no relationship in exist....

    💎 Eniola's POV💎

Alice seemed lost, she was not paying attention to the lectures I'm certain about that. She came really early to school today. According to rumors, she was under punishment of washing the PHE bathroom and cleaning the field. She has not spoken to me or anyone today. Her face was swollen and she was unusually quiet. I couldn't find the courage to approach her after what I said yesterday.

The bell giggled indicating lunch period. The teacher left the class and almost everyone left for the cafeteria. I quickly gathered my books in my bag along with my small bible (Holy Book). I am very religious owing to the fact that my dad is a wealthy and famous pastor in Nigeria. I can't say I'm holy like my dad. He wanted me to be the leader of Royal High fellowship but I rejected that. I became the leader of the gospel music crew instead.

I kept my bag in my locker, carrying my purse in my hand before locking it. I looked at Alice, she was already asleep. I walked to her table to wake her up and apologize, but I changed my mind and left for the cafeteria alone. When I got to the cafeteria, I heard so many students talking about Alice. I felt guilty, I should be there for her, I went to the food vendor.

"Rice and cabbage stew. Add any part of fried turkey then some orange juice" I placed my order. I looked around hoping to find an empty table just then I saw Emelda sitting with Victoria and her minions.

When did Emelda join the crew?.

I walked over to their table. Something was suspicious, when Emelda saw me she became scared then the truth hit me.

The whole stealing scenario was a wicked conspiracy plotted against Alice by Victoria, Emelda only assisted her in carrying out the plan.

   That bitch!

"Was this your plan?. You framed Alice, didn't you?. What did they promise you?!" I yelled at Emelda. Victoria hissed.

"Will you shut up?. You are already acting like that peasant girl" Victoria replied rudely. That broke all my self control walls.

"No, you shut up!" I fired at her catching everyone attention. Victoria picked her glass of water and threw the contents on my face.

They grinned while Linda stood up immediately "Did you have to do that?".

Victoria hissed loudly and kept eating her fruit salad. I got annoyed with her stupid nonchalant attitude, I picked Bose plate of spaghetti and poured it on Victoria head. Everyone gasped in shock.

That's for saying trash and trying to humiliate me.

She stood up and tried to slap me but I was quicker, I put in all my strength and gave her a punch on her stomach, she winced in pain and fell on the floor. Surprisingly, Bose didn't help her, she just stood close to Linda and Emelda who had their hands over their mouths.

I felt this was the time to put this bitch in her place "You have no right whatsoever to do that to Alice. This is just a warning. Next time won't be this light".

I heard some whistling while some cheered me. I walked to the food vendor, paid her and took my tray of food to an empty table. Everyone had gone back to their tables, I ate in silence until Opeyemi joined me. I was too annoyed to feel butterflies in my stomach, I've always had a crush on him, unfortunately I'm a coward.
