Chapter 3

~Time Skip~

School was over so JNG (Me and my friends) decided to go hang out after school by Hokage Rock.

"You did an excellent job with your introduction, LoudMouth," I said sarcastically.

"Well, I had to let them know not to see me as the Hokage's son," He said .

"But you are," Sarada. "You can't avoid the fact that you are his son. Plus, I bet he loves and cares for you very much,"

'That is so true.' I thought to myself, 'The Hokage is such a nice person. If it weren't for him I still wouldn't have any friends.'

"And face the facts!" Sarada's loud voice interrupted my thoughts. "At least your dad is in the village. I haven't seen my dad in years." 'I could tell she was about to cry. Sarada really misses her dad. Sometimes she wonders if he loves her. I guess it can be hard knowing your parent is alive but never comes home.'

"Come one guys your lives can't possibly be that hard," Inojin said with his hands on his hips.

"What did you just say!" Boruto and Sarad said at the same time.

"My life is hard my dad never comes home and he doesn't even love me!"

"And my dad is the Hokage!" Boruto said pointing  to himself.

"Well, Maria doesn't have a dad or a mom," Everyone turned to look at me. My cheeks felt hot. ''Why did they have to bring me into this.' "She doesn't have any family members. Do you know how much she has to go through every single day of her life?" Wow, Inojin was getting mad. "Not having anyone to talk to. Not having anyone to laugh with. Not having anyone to tug her in at night. No you don't! Because you have a family. Come on, Maria, let's go," Inojin said as he grabbed my hand and pulled me away.

"Wait, what about everyone else," I said looking back.

"They can go ahead and continue to go on and on about their 'sad lives'," Inojin said.

'Well tomorrow is going to be an award day at school,' I to myself as Inojin pulled me.
